The new problems in Mass Customization manufacturing were put forward systematically; the new principles for the production organizing, the new mechanism for production scheduling and the new methods for production control were analyzed. We developed the prototype software system for Mass Customization manufacturing, studied the dynamic relation between the processing time and supply lead-time and its impact on commonality strategic decisions in Mass Customization. We researched in the postponement strategy, the integrated supply chain design for Mass Customization and relation between the Customer Order Decoupling Point (CODP) and postponed manufacturing. The research results enriched the theoretical and methodological system of Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production and Operations Management (POM), helped the executives realize the importance and significance of Mass Customization implementation. The integrated solutions, which covers both advanced ideas operational methods contributed to great theoretical significance and practical value of the research results.
