主减速器面齿轮分汇流传动是直升机动力传动的关键部件,其动力学特性和稳定性影响发动机的服役性能和使用寿命。面齿轮分汇流传动属于空间行星齿轮传动,其动力学问题不仅包含参数激励、非线性等因素,还涉及空间啮合、闭环分汇流、结构超静定和刚柔耦合等特殊问题,导致动力学特性和振动稳定性研究异常复杂。本项目围绕“空间闭环过约束特征与面齿轮分汇流传动动力学特性关联机理”与“面齿轮柔性轮体行波振动及失稳机理”两个科学问题,开展系统动力学与振动稳定性研究。主要研究内容有:(1)面齿轮分汇流传动接触特性和超静定结构受力分析;(2)空间闭环过约束面齿轮分汇流传动刚柔耦合多体动力学特性分析;(3)面齿轮柔性轮体行波振动及其稳定性分析;(4)动力学特性和振动行为实验验证。项目的实施旨在探究面齿轮分汇流传动动力学特性和系统参数的关联规律并揭示其振动机理,为面齿轮分汇流传动设计优化和性能提升提供理论基础。
英文摘要
The face gear torque split transmission in the main reducer is a key component of power transmission of helicopter. Its dynamic characteristics and vibration stability affect the service performance and working life of the engine directly. The face gear torque split transmission system belongs to spatial planetary gear transmission. The dynamics investigation of the system not only involves parametric excitation and system nonlinearity, but also is in the face of several special issues including the spatial teeth meshing, closed loop torque split, statically indeterminate structure and rigid-flexible coupling effect, which makes the research of the system dynamic features and vibration stability extreme complicated. This project researches the transmission dynamics and vibration stability of the system focusing on two scientific problems including “the associated mechanism between spatial close loop and over constrained features and face gear torque split transmission dynamic responses” and “the traveling wave vibration and instability mechanism of flexible face gear body”. The main contents include: (1) The analysis of contact characteristics and force condition of statically indeterminate structure of face gear torque split transmission; (2) The study of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics of spatial close loop and over constrained face gear torque split transmission; (3) The travelling wave vibration and stability investigation of flexible face gear body; (4) The experimental research of dynamic characteristics and vibration behaviors of face gear torque split system. By the implementation of this project, the relationship between the system parameters and the dynamic characteristics will be studied, as well as, the vibration mechanism of the transmission system will be revealed, which would provide the theoretical supports for the design optimization and performance improvement of the face gear torque split transmission.
