濒危物种保护既是生态学问题,也是社会经济问题。根据卫星追踪数据,濒危的东方白鹳在三江平原经常利用水稻田生境,环境友好型水稻田既可为东方白鹳提供生境,又可生产高品质大米。这一良性循环的运行有两个关键点:1)稳定的生境食物网;2)激发稻农生产、城市人购买环境友好型大米的经济激励机制。本项目拟通过C、N稳定同位素分析,构建量化食物网,从网内耦合性、模块性研究食物网稳定性。同时,应用选择实验法(CEs)研究推动城市人购买高品质大米、提升稻农收入、保护东方白鹳三者良性互动的激励机制。选择实验法(CEs)属性水平设置的主要依据为稳定食物网参数,据此确定有经济激励驱动的符合保护需求的城市人支付意愿(WTP)与稻农受偿意愿(WAT)。最后结合卫星追踪与遥感方法,在三江平原区域尺度上模拟研究稳定食物网与经济激励交互下的东方白鹳可持续保护机制。本研究结果将为农业生产与物种保护这一传统矛盾的协调提供科学依据。
英文摘要
Endangered species conservation is both an ecological issue and a socio-economic issue. According to the data of satellite tracking, the endangered oriental white stork often uses rice field habitats in Sanjiang Plain. The environmentally-friendly fields can provide habitat for oriental white stork and produce high quality rice. Here there are two key points in the operation of this virtuous cycle: 1) a stable food web of habitat; 2) an economic incentive mechanism that stimulates rice production and urban people to purchase environmentally- friendly rice. Therefore, through stable isotope analysis of C and N, this project intends to construct a quantitative food web and study the stability of the food web from the coupling and modularity. Choice Experiments (CEs) will be used to study the incentive mechanism for promoting urban people to purchase high-quality rice, increasing the income of rice farmers and oriental white stork conservation. The parameters of stale food web will be used to design the attribute and level of Choice Experiments (CEs), and accordingly, the willingness to pay (WTP) of the urban people meeting the conservation needs and the willingness to pay (WAT) of the rice farmers are determined. Finally, combining with satellite tracking and remote sensing methods, the conservation mechanism of oriental white stork under the interaction of stable food web and economic incentives will be studied at the regional scale of Sanjiang Plain. The stability of rice field food web represented by oriental white stork requires restrictions on the use of pesticides and fertilizers , to help rice farmers improve the credibility of their products, which will naturally stimulate the enthusiasm of rice farmers to participate in oriental white stork conservation. Therefore, the results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the coordination of traditional contradictions between agricultural production and endangered species conservation.
