本项目研究金融工程技术在企业激励机制、产供销、财务管理、投资管理、风险管理、重组等管理活动中应用的理论与方法，以及企业金融工程技术工具的定价与创新。金融工程技术是当今知识经济时代一门尚待研究、开发的高新技术，金融工程技术在企业管理中的应用更是一种有待研究的、全新的管理技术，以此可解决传统方法难以或不能解决的管理问题。

The management technology of financial engineering, one new conception firstly put forward by this project, is a new management technology that applying financial engineering theory to enterprise administration. This project has studied management technology of financial engineering in fields of enterprise administration such as enterprise incentive mechanism, investment evaluating, stock financing, mergence and regroup, organization structure, risk management, operation management, supply management and marketing, and came into being a systematic frame of enterprise financial engineering management technology. This project reflects innovations in studies of stock option－based incentive, asset securitization, option principle-based investment evaluating. What's more, the enterprise bond-based incentive advanced in this project is original created. With the development of financial market the movement of capital became more frequent, the relationships between enterprise and its partners, enterprise and its employee, and any other economic unit become more and more complex. As this project research revealed, many activities of company management based on financial engineering theory. Though great efforts were devoted to this project, the research on management science of financial engineering is really insufficient, especially in quantitative methodology. The management technology of financial engineering has a comprehensive application in enterprise administration practice. The productions of this project include 17 delivered papers, 1 published monograph. These productions exchanged in many symposiums and have excellent evaluation because of its unique thought.
