宁夏枸杞是特色优势资源植物,其成花数量及品质主要取决于花芽分化,产量由结果枝组与营养枝组,花芽与叶芽比率决定。在前期研究中发现不同时间修剪对枸杞成花影响较大,不同处理产生的叶原基、花原基、芽原基比例差异大且低碳氮比有利于枸杞花芽形态分化,而碳氮积累对枸杞生理分化的响应机制尚不清楚,由此枸杞树体碳氮积累如何影响花芽生理分化最终产生数量较多的花原基成为亟待解决的问题。. 本研究以宁夏枸杞为研究对象,以花芽分化为切入点,利用解剖学、细胞学手段,系统研究芽内生长点由营养生长向生殖生长过渡的形态学特征,确定宁夏枸杞二年生枝花芽形态分化的起始点;通过比色法、气相色谱法,明确其对应枝、叶碳氮累积规律,筛选影响花叶芽比率的关键碳氮因素,阐明宁夏枸杞花芽分化碳氮积累响应机制,为枸杞适时修剪、施肥、灌水增加产量提高品质提供科技支撑。

Lycium barbarum L. is a plant with superior resources.The quantity and quality of floweringare mainly determined by flower bud differentiation .The yield is determined by the ratio of fruit branch to vegetative branch and flower bud to leaf bud. In the previous study,it was found that pruning at different time had a great influence on the flowering of Lycium barbarum L.Significant differences in leaf primordia, flower primordial and bud primordium under different treatments, and the low carbon nitrogen ratio was conducive to the morphological differentiation of flower buds. However, the response mechanism of carbon and nitrogen accumulation to flower bud differentiation is still unclear,so how the carbon and nitrogen accumulation affect the physiological differentiation of flower buds and eventually produce a large number of flower primordia which has become an urgent problem to be solved..In this study, Lycium barbarum L. was used as the research object, and flower bud differentiation was used as the entry point. The morphological characteristics of the bud growth point from vegetative growth to reproductive growth were systematically studied by anatomical and cytological methods to determine the starting point of flower bud differentiation on two-year branch.Through colorimetry and gas chromategraphy, the rules of carbon and nitrogen accumulation in the corresponding branches and leaves was determined to select the key carbon and nitrogen factors affecting the ratio of flower buds. Finally, the carbon and nitrogen accumulation response mechanism of flower bud differentiation in Lycium barbarum L.was clarified.In order to provide scientific and technical support for timely pruning, fertilizing and irrigation to increase production and improve quality.
