隧道火灾集中排烟模式以其良好的排烟控烟效果和防灾能力在交通隧道中拥有广阔的前景。然而,集中排烟口处强制气流增强了烟流的剪切效应,排烟口竖向突变空间增强了烟流的损失效应,导致气流组织复杂,“涡旋”尺度多变,特征湍流识别困难,排烟能力受到影响。本项目拟综合运用理论分析、多尺度火灾试验和数值模拟,研究集中排烟“涡旋”结构的产生、发展及非定常演化机理,明晰“涡旋”的尺度变化特征和识别方法,揭示排烟阀装置对“涡旋”的削弱与破坏模式,提出一种新型均匀风量集中排烟控制方法。在此基础上,建立均匀排烟烟气运动理论模型,提出均匀排烟道关键参数设计方法;考虑“涡旋”影响下排烟阀设置及纵向诱导风速对均匀排烟的抑制与促进作用,揭示系统失效的临界判据并提出均匀排烟系统设计方法。项目研究成果对阐明集中排烟模式“涡旋”演化特性,揭示烟流运动机理具有重要意义,为优化隧道火灾烟气控制设计,提高排烟能力提供理论基础和技术支撑。
英文摘要
The central smoke extraction mode has a broad application prospect in tunnel fire with its excellent smoke control effect and disaster prevention ability. However, the forced air flow at the centralized exhaust outlet enhances the shear effect of the smoke flow in the exhaust duct, and the structure of the exhaust outlet enhances the flow loss effect of the smoke flow, resulting in the complex air distribution in the centralized exhaust duct and the variable scale of the "vortex" structure, which the smoke exhaust capacity is affected. In this project, theoretical analysis, multi-scale fire experiments and numerical simulation are used to study the generation, development and evolution mechanism of the "vortex" structure in the centralized exhaust duct, reveal the weaken and destroyed mode of the "vortex" by the smoke extraction valve, and propose a new central smoke extraction mode control method - central smoke extraction mode with uniform air volume. On this basis, the theoretical models of smoke movement in uniform exhaust duct and in tunnel are established, and the coupling relationship between the characteristic parameters of exhaust outlet is obtained. The suppression and promotion effect of longitudinal induced wind velocity on central smoke extraction is analyzed, then the critical criterion of system failure is revealed and the prediction model of longitudinal induced wind velocity is proposed. The research results are of great significance to clarify the evolution characteristics of the "vortices" in the central smoke extraction mode and to reveal the smoke movement mechanism, providing theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing the design of tunnel fire smoke control and improving the smoke extraction capacity.
