运营环境对高铁路基有持续性致灾作用,形成病害后易导致大规模限速。目前受限于无砟轨道,路基检测仍依赖于轨检车无损方法,但对轨道几何与病害及限速的相关性缺乏深入研究。此外,现行高铁限速值与病害程度不匹配且阈值过低,导致保安全与保运量难兼顾。本项目以国内在役高铁为对象,首先基于工程易损性理念,构建工程灾变模型,将高铁运营环境、路基工程结构分别等效为致灾体、承灾体进行风险源识别。其次,开展轨检车检测与工后沉降观测,结合路基下部结构探查对比分析病害工况,探索轨道平顺性与路基沉降等病害间的映射关系。同时,采用动态神经网络分析病害监测大数据,建立兼容TQI轨检、沉降观测等传统手段的综合体检式高铁路基病害易损性分级评价方法。最后,根据分级评价结果,制定多级限速目标值、容许区间里程等精细化限速干预机制。研究成果将实现工程易损性理念由点状结构到线域工程的跨越,为达成高铁安全与高速兼顾的双赢目标奠定理论基础。
英文摘要
The operating environment has a continuous disaster-causing effect on the subgrade of high-speed railway, and it is easy to cause large-scale speed-limit after the subgrade disease is formed. At present, due to the limit of the ballastless track, the subgrade detection still relies on the non-destructive method of track inspection car. However, there is still a lack of in-depth research on the correlation between track geometry and subgrade disease as well as that between track geometry and speed-limit. In addition, the current speed-limit value of high-speed railway doesn't correspond to the degree of subgrade disease, and the threshold is excessively low, which makes it difficult to guarantee the safety and traffic volume compatibly. This project will take the domestic in-service high-speed railway as the research object. Firstly, based on the concept of engineering vulnerability, the engineering catastrophe model will be constructed, in which the operating environment of high-speed railway and the subgrade structure are respectively equivalent to the disaster-causing body and the disaster-bearing body for the risk source identification study. Secondly, the track inspection car detection and post-construction settlement observation will be carried out, combined with substructure exploration and comparative analysis of subgrade disease conditions, aiming to explore the mapping relationship between track smoothness and subgrade settlement as well as other subgrade diseases. Meanwhile, the dynamic neural network will be used to analyze the big data of subgrade disease detection, and a type of comprehensive physical examination method based on vulnerability grading evaluation for high-speed railway subgrade will be established, which is compatible with traditional methods such as track inspection car detection in TQI (Track Quality Index) and settlement observation. Finally, according to the results of grading evaluation, the sophisticated speed-limit intervention mechanisms such as the multi-level speed-limit target value and allowable range mileage will be formulated. The research results will realize the leap-forward development of the engineering vulnerability concept from point-structure to line-domain engineering, which will lay a theoretical foundation for achieving the win-win goal of guaranteeing safety and high traffic volume for the high-speed railway compatibly.
