中国乡镇企业的集聚动力与激励方式

本课题以我国现阶段乡镇企业布局问题为研究对象。本研究在调查不同地区不同发展状况的乡镇企业空间布局现状、问题、形成过程和发展趋势，剖析已有发展模式，分析其外部条件和内在机制的基础上，揭示乡镇企业布局的规律和集聚动力，选择促进集聚的激励方式，为因地制宜、分类指导我国乡镇企业集聚和小城镇健康发展提供科学依据和政策建议。

To understand the impetus mechanism of the agglomeration of TVEs and its encouragement perfectly, both theratical study and the analysis of nearly 20 town samples, regional elements of spatial agglomeration of TVEs are given in this project.. Research of individual enterprise is important especially in agglomeration of TVEs. To make up the scarcity of empirical research, the factors of individual enterprise are advanced on the large amount of investigation of individual enterprises. First, location decision－maker, agglomeration inclination of enterprises are discussed according to the influence strength of the factors. Then, influencing elements are included in universal factors, periodical factors and local factors. In the end, general characteristic, regular pattern, impulse and the causes of existed enterprises' location change are emphasized. . On the base of the work above, we draws theoretical conclusion of impetus mechanism of agglomeration of TVEs on previous study. In different expansion of the TVEs, because of the disparity of the main impetus, the characteristic and the space of agglomeration of TVEs are also dissimilar. On the basic impetus of enterprise's expansion, the spatial expansion of TVEs' scale expansion appears periodical feature and scalar upward. Meanwhile, the mutual affect of spatial orientation of special markets, traction of linkage corridor, the impel of producing linkage of enterprise, local innovation environment and limitation of the institution, make TVEs tend to agglomerate in different space. .From above analysis, corresponding policy and suggestion are advanced as well as the discussion of the related institution innovation..
