对教师技术采纳的评价和归因可以促进对教育信息化成果的利用,现存工作已经对这一问题展开了广泛的研究,形成了从理论到分析方法多种研究范式,但存在表征层面单一、评价脱离教学情境,及归因结果缺乏实践性等不足。为了突破教学情境多样性、数据多源异构性、问题空间劣构性、发展过程动态性等难点,本课题引入“教师制品”概念,重点关注技术在教学问题解决过程中的作用,从表征、评价和归因三个方面对教师技术采纳展开研究:1)梳理教师制品数据中多维特征的组织和融合方法,利用图结构表征教师在加工和传递知识的过程中所展现的技术采纳证据;2)通过研究教师制品的图表示方法,重塑教师技术采纳的问题空间,以实现对这一劣构型问题的评价;3)面向时间动态揭示教师技术采纳过程的归因机制,并基于归因结果进一步提出干预规划算法。本课题成果将包含技术解决方案和实证研究结果,可为教师信息化技能提升工程的监控与干预提供理论基础和关键技术支撑。
英文摘要
The evaluation and attribution of teacher technology adoption are keys to realizing investment in educational informatization. Existing work has carried out extensive research on this issue, forming a variety of research paradigms from theory to analytics, but there are shortcomings such as partial representation approach, evaluation out of context, and lack of practicality in attribution results. In order to break through the difficulties in the diversity of teaching situations, the heterogeneity of data sources, the ill structure of the problems, and the dynamics of the adoption, this project introduces the concept of "teacher artifact" and focuses on the role of technology in the solution of teaching problem, then research teacher technology adoption from three aspects: representation, evaluation, and attribution. Conduct research: 1) A data fusion method based on graph to sort out multi-dimensional features from teacher artifacts, and characterize the evidence of technology adoption exhibited by teachers in processing and transferring knowledge; 2) by studying the graph representation of teacher artifacts, the problem space of teacher technology is rebuilt so that such solution of ill-structured problems can be evaluated; 3) revealing the attribution mechanism of teacher technology adoption process based on dynamic analysis model, and further proposed a decision planning algorithm based on the attribution results. The results of this project will include technical solutions and empirical research evidence, which can provide a theoretical basis and key technical support for the monitoring and intervention of teachers' information skills upgrading projects.
