运动想象脑-机接口(MI-BCI)的交互控制是目前脑-机交互研究的热点问题。本项目基于视觉认知特征,拟开展整合视觉下的MI-BCI交互控制设计与工效学评价方法研究,旨在构建符合界面信息从视觉获取到大脑加工再到交互控制时序的脑-机接口范式。基于此从人机交互过程的控制层、信息层、认知层三个维度梳理科学的MI-BCI交互设计方法;针对眼-控和脑-控的认知特征与交互特点,划分和研究控制选取和调节的指令触发机制;从“人”和“机”两个层面构建基于工效学的综合评价模型。通过研究改善目前EEG内源性脑-机接口在交互控制领域的应用局限性,提高MI-BCI系统可用性、易用性。项目有助于促进工效学、设计学科、认知神经科学、信息科学等多学科的交叉融合,为MI-BCI在人工智能、运动障碍康复、单兵感知拓能的应用研究提供新方向和新思路,因此具有显著的理论和应用价值。
英文摘要
The interactive control of motor imagery brain-machine interface (MI-BCI) is a hotspot issue in current brain-machine interaction research. Based on the characteristics of visual cognition, the study intends to carry out research on the design and evaluation methods of MI-BCI interactive control under integrated vision, and aims to construct a paradigm for brain-computer interface that accords with the interface information from vision capture to brain processing and then to interactive control sequence. Based on this, a scientific method for the design of MI-BCI system interaction was teased out from three dimensions during the human-computer interaction, i.e., control flow, information flow, and cognition flow; control-trigger mechanisms giving selection and regulation commands were differentiated and investigated depending on the cognitive and interactive features of eye-control and brain-control; an integrated evaluation mechanism based on human factors and ergonomics were constructed at both “human” and “computer” levels. After investigation, limitations of use of EEG-based endogenous brain-computer interface in the field of interactive control were improved to increase the availability and usability of the MI-BCI system. The study helps promote the intercross and fusion of ergonomics, design discipline, cognitive neuroscience, and information science, and provides a new idea and direction for the applied research of MI-BCI in artificial intelligence, rehabilitation of dyspraxia and the perceptual extension of individual. Therefore, it has significant theoretical and applied value.
