物流配送中的绿色车辆路径问题(green VRP,GVRP)是前沿研究课题。本项目针对现有 GVRP研究较少考虑交通拥堵时空特性影响的问题,引入道路拥堵系数,研究动态速度和实时载重对碳排放的影响机理,采用RBF神经网络方法,建立碳排放测度模型;分析动态速度和实时载重与各优化目标之间的关联性及其相互影响关系,建立油耗和碳排放成本函数、总行程时间函数和顾客满意度函数,构建多目标GVRP模型;鉴于GVRP具有NP-hard特性,设计一种三阶段多目标并行进化算法,实现多目标协同优化,并具有快速收敛性,解决考虑动态速度和实时载重的碳排放测度,兼顾经济效益、环境效益和顾客满意度的多目标GVRP建模和优化等关键科学问题。在理论研究成果的基础上,针对城市路网的GVRP开展应用研究。研究成果在理论上能深化GVRP的研究领域,丰富求解GVRP的方法体系,在实践上能为考虑交通拥堵的GVRP提供可行思路和方法。
英文摘要
The green vehicle routing problem (green VRP, GVRP) is a frontier research topic in the area of logistics distribution. Aiming at the problem that the existing GVRP research seldom considers the impact of spatio-temporal characteristics of traffic congestion, firstly,this project introduces road congestion coefficient, studies the mechanism of the impact of dynamic speed and real-time load on carbon emissions, and establishes a carbon emission measurement model using RBF neural network method. Then, it analyses the correlation and interaction between dynamic speed and real-time load and optimization objectives, and a multi-objective GVRP model is constructed based on the cost function of fuel consumption and carbon emission, total travel time function and customer satisfaction function. Thirdly, in view of the NP-hard characteristics of GVRP, a three-stage multi-objective parallel evolutionary algorithm is designed to achieve multi-objective collaborative optimization with fast convergence. It also solves key scientific problems such as multi-objective GVRP modeling and optimization considering dynamic speed and real-time load as well as economic benefits, environmental benefits and customer satisfaction. Lastly, on the basis of theoretical research results, the application research on GVRP of urban road network is studied. The research results can deepen the research field of GVRP in theory, enrich the method system of solving GVRP, and provide feasible ideas and methods for GVRP considering traffic congestion in practice.
