饮用水处理系统中无脊椎动物孳生及其引起的水质安全问题已引起人们的高度关注,轮虫是其中的绝对优势种类,可在饮用水生物活性炭滤池中大量繁殖并携带“两虫”等病原微生物,由此极易引起饮用水水质安全问题。本项目拟通过采集实际水厂和中试装置的轮虫和水样,分析轮虫在生物活性炭滤池系统中的群落结构周年变动规律,揭示其与生物活性炭滤池中有机质含量、水温、溶氧等环境因子之间的相关性;通过开展轮虫生态实验,探究轮虫在生物活性炭滤池中的生态习性和爆发的生态诱因;运用轮虫毒性试验方法,揭示液氯、氯胺、二氧化氯等不同化学药剂对轮虫的灭活效果和机理;优化中试模拟炭柱的运行条件,阐明滤速、过滤周期、反冲洗强度和砂垫层等不同工艺参数改变对轮虫去除效果。项目预期将提出生物活性炭滤池中合理的轮虫控制方案,可为饮用水处理系统中无脊椎动物控制提供理论支持和技术参考。

The growth and propagation of invertebrates in the drinking water treatment system and the problems of water quality caused by these invertebrates have aroused great concern. Among these invertebrates, the rotifers are the absolute dominant species, which may carry the oocysts of the Cryptosporidium and Giardia, and other pathogenic microbes in the biological activated carbon filter of drinking water, and cause the risk of water quality. The present project aims to collect the rotifers and water samples from the actual water plant and the pilot plant, analyze the annual variation of the community structure of the rotifers in the biological activated carbon filter system, and discuss the correlation between rotifer reproduction and the organic matter content, the water temperature, the dissolved oxygen and other environmental factors. By the means of the ecological experiment of rotifer, the ecological characteristics and inducements for mass propagation of rotifers in biological activated carbon filter will be investigated. Using the method of rotifer toxicity test, the inactivation effects and mechanisms of different chemicals, including liquid chlorine, chloramine, and chlorine dioxide, on the rotifers will be revealed. The removal of rotifer by different process parameters such as filtration rate, filtration cycle, backwashing strength and sand cushion will be displayed by optimizing the operating conditions of the pilot plant. Based on completion of the present project, a reasonable scheme for the control of rotifers in biological activated carbon filter will be proposed, which expected to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for invertebrates control in drinking water treatment.
