中国经济历经40年高速增长，经济发展出现结构性变化，但环境污染问题日趋严峻，不断成为社会和学术关注的热点问题。在此背景下，我国的环保政策也不断加码。本课题计划利用大数据,国家工商总局的企业注册数据库、美国国家航空宇航局NASA提供的卫星图片数据以及中国气象信息中心数据，构建我国区县层面1981~2019年期间分月或分年的PM2.5浓度数据、气温等各项气候数据以及所有行业的工商企业进入、退出和跨区县投资数据。基于该数据库，本课题计划在一个近40年的长时间尺度内考察空气污染、气候变化和环境政策这3个环境因素对我国企业投资和企业跨区域流动的长期影响，并进而探讨这3个因素对我国城市产业结构转型和产业空间再分布的影响。

After more than four decades of rapid growth, China’s economic development is undergoing critical structural changes. Meanwhile, the environmental pollution becomes more and more severe and therefore becomes a serious concern of the society and academy. Given the background, the environmental policy in China becomes stricter over time. The project plans to use the big data, Dataset of Enterprises’ Registration Information from State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Satellite Data from NASA and Climate Data from National Meteorological Information Center, to construct a monthly or yearly county-level data from 1981 to 2019, which includes the data of PM2.5 concentration, temperature and all firms’ entry, exit and trans-country investment. Using the dataset, the project plans to study the long-run impact of air pollution, climate change and environmental policies on firm’s investment and trans-county migration in China in a forty-year time horizon and then in turn explore the impacts of the three environmental factors on China’s transformation of industrial structure and industry redistribution across regions.
