旅游业是基于信息的产业，旅游活动中涉及大量的信息如食、住、行、游、购、娱等，获取准确信息是活动中进行正确决策的保证。然而，旅游目的地信息服务模式与游客的信息需求、信息获取途径、信息选择之间是一种怎样的关系，它们之间存在什么样的耦合规律，如何根据时间、地点、情景为游客提供真正有价值的信息，尤其是关键场合特定环境下通过有效的信息服务模式及时提供紧急信息显得极为重要。本课题拟对此开展探索性研究：建立旅游信息服务模式挖掘的过程参考模型；分析旅游目的地信息服务和信息需求模式，探求旅游信息服务和消费生物链之间的耦合关系，揭示个体和群体信息获取的影响机理；通过基于ECA和PI演算的旅游信息服务和需求模式验证，优化旅游信息服务组合；实现基于LBS和业务分布特征的精准个性化信息服务。该项目研究和实施将对旅游信息服务合理布局、及时正确处理紧急事件、推动旅游信息服务业的科学合理发展都将具有重要的作用和指导意义。

Tourism is an information-based industry. Tourism activities involve a lot of information such as Diet, Accommodation, Traffic, Sightseeing, Shopping, Entertainment. To get accurate information is the prerequisite to make right decisions. However, the relationship and the coupling rule among tourism destination information service model, tourist information requirements, the approach to obtain information, and the information alternatives are important. How to provide valuable information for the tourists according to the time, place and context, especially to present urgent information through effective information service model under certain circumstances and pivotal occasions is more important. This project aims to conduct exploratory research on: establishing the process reference model of tourism information service pattern mining; analyzing the model between tourism destination information service and information requirement, investigating the coupling rule between biological chain of tourism information service and information consumption, unveiling the influencing mechanism of information acquiring between individuals and groups; constructing tourism information service model verifying system based on ECA and PI computing; fulfilling the optimization of tourism information service portfolio, developing a prototype system of exact personalized information service by LBS and business distribution characteristics. The research and implementation of this project will benefit and direct the proper distribution of tourism information service, exact resolution of urgent accidents in time and the scientific development of tourism information service industry.
