在国家加快实施创新驱动发展战略背景下，大学在国家和区域科技创新中的重要地位日益凸显，产学合作成为大学助推科技与经济发展的关键途径。但是，目前我国大学产学合作绩效提升缓慢，其主要原因之一是对大学产学合作的具体承担者——教师缺少深入了解，进而没有基于教师提出针对性的激励政策。本研究借助动机理论、创业型大学与三螺旋理论、政策过程理论，运用调研访谈、案例研究、政策文本分析、问卷数据分析，探求大学教师参与产学合作的影响机制，并提出针对性的激励政策。本研究的重点在提出大学教师参与产学合作的方式、动机、收益三个新的理论元素，深入研究我国及世界主要国家大学教师参与产学合作的激励政策，并对大学教师参与产学合作的影响因素、方式、收益之间的关系进行实证研究，进而探明大学教师参与产学合作的影响机制，并提出相应的激励政策框架。本研究对从教师个体视角研究产学合作理论和开展产学合作实践指导具有一定的意义和价值。

Under the background of speeding up the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, the status of university in the national and regional scientific innovation becomes more and more important, and university-industry collaboration has become a key way for university to boost the development of science and technology and economy. However, the performance of university-industry of Chinese universities increases slowly, the main reason of which is the lack of knowledge on the concrete undertakers of university-industry collaboration-the faculty, and no targeted incentives to stimulate the faculty to participate in university-industry collaboration. Using motivation theory, entrepreneurial university and triple-helix theory, public policy processing theory, this research will explore the influencing mechanism of the faculty’s participation in university-industry collaboration and put forward targeted incentive policy with the methods of interviews, case study, policy text analysis, questionnaire data analysis. The research focuses on putting forward three new concepts-the motivation, forms and benefits of faculty’s participation in university-industry collaboration, exploring the incentive policy for faculty’s participation in university-industry collaboration at home and abroad, carrying on empirical research to explore the relationships between the influencing factors, forms and benefits of faculty’s participation in university-industry collaboration. In the end, the research will find the influencing mechanism of the faculty’s participation in university-industry collaboration, and put forward related incentive policy frame. This research is significant to enrich the theory and guide the practice of university-industry collaboration.
