随着社会经济的快速发展及物质生活的极大丰富,我国慢性疾病患病率也呈现爆发式的增长。因此，环境因素，尤其是食品环境因素近些年逐渐成为了研究和控制肥胖流行的新方向和新热点。中国人的饮食习惯、食品购买、食物准备有其独有的特点，且与西方地区差异极大。近五年来，食品外卖服务行业的兴起和迅速扩张对人群健康的影响巨大，并极度缺乏相关研究。因此，在我国食品环境不断变化的当下研究其发展情况和其对公共健康的影响就显得至关重要。.本项目将基于申请人项目组在2020年进行的西湖队列区随访项目,通过人工智能健康手环进行为期一个月的健康监测，随后结合已有的GIS定位西湖区食品供应地点定位和调查结果，与同一地理区域内队列研究收集到的结构性健康数据进行统计学分析，从而探究食品环境与肥胖相关慢性病之间的交互影响，为政府的未来城市规划提供建议，也为后续同领域更加细致的学术研究打下基础。

With China's significant development of social economy and the abundance of people's material life, the morbidity of chronic diseases has been increasing dramatically. Thus, environmental factor, especially food environment has become a new direction of academic focus in chronic disease and obesity prevention study area. The dietary pattern and food shopping/preparing process in China has its own characteristics that are completely different from western countries. Within the last five years, the blooming online-to-offline food delivery industry (O2O) also brings great impacts on population health.Such impacts are still lack of attention from scientific fields. Therefore, study on the changes of food environment in China and its influence on public health is essentially important. .This project will recruit participants from the follow-up study of Xihu cohort in 2020, and collect data from the customize designed health wristband for one month combine with. Machine learning technology will be applied to analyze the structured data and explore the interaction effects between food environment and obesity related chronic diseases. Results of this study will be provided to the city government with recommendations of future urban planning, and fill the gap in related academic fields.
