企业创新不仅是自身竞争优势的保障，更是一国经济增长的源泉，备受市场关注。特别地，在我国国民经济中处于主导地位的国有企业的创新行为，更是现有研究关注的一个热点。但在市场化导向的经济体制改革大背景下，国企市场化改革是否及如何影响企业创新，现有文献并未给出答案。本课题立足于中国特殊的制度环境及上市公司的实际情况，选取“混合所有制安排”、“组织结构安排”、“高管人事制度安排”三大维度，系统地研究了国企市场化改革影响企业创新的表现形式、作用机理及经济后果；并探讨了国企所在地区的市场化进程及国企所属产业的特性对国企改革与企业创新二者关系的影响。本课题的研究将丰富和发展企业创新影响因素、企业创新绩效及国企市场化改革经济后果等相关领域的文献；同时，对于提高国有企业创新能力、实现创新驱动发展战略，深化对市场化改革的认识，及提高投资者资源配置效率等具有重要的启示意义。

Corporate innovation is drawing close attention of the market, because it is both the guarantee of firms’ competitive advantages and a country’s economic growth. Especially, innovation of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is a hot topic in China considering their important role in promoting the development of the economic. However, in the background of marketization, there are little literatures focus on the relation between market-oriented reforms of SOEs and corporate innovation. Thus, we study the impact of market-oriented reforms of SOEs on corporate innovation from the perspective of arrangements of mixed ownership, organizational structure, personnel system. And we also investigate whether the evolvement of marketization in diffenent province and industry characteristic has complementary effect or substitution effect on the relation between market-oriented reforms of SOEs and corporate innovation. Our study will contribute to the literature on influence factors of corporate innovation, economic consequences of corporate innovation, and economic consequences of market-oriented reforms of SOEs. It will also help us to improve the SOE’s innovation ability, implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, understand the effects of market-oriented reforms, and facilitate the efficiency of resource allocation in the market.
