面向经济、环境和社会协调发展的货物集运研究

经济、环境和社会的协调发展已经成为人类社会可持续发展的必然选择。物流业作为国民经济的一个重要行业，对经济和社会的发展起着重要的支撑和保障作用。在该项目中，我们研究经济、环境和社会协调优化目标下的货物集运问题。从供给角度考虑货物运输服务商的货物集运运作，从需求角度考虑货物运输服务商的竞争，分析如何协调货物集运运作与市场营销的冲突、揭示货物运输服务商之间在货物集运过程中有效的合作方式、探究如何实现货物批量集运与活动集成的协调运作，从而实现经济、环境和社会的协调优化。通过一系列的模型，分析碳排放对运作决策的影响，以及是否可以通过运作决策的调整来实现碳排放的减少,探索在运作模型中引入社会因素的可行性。该研究为货物运输服务商如何开展有效的竞争，为政府整合物流服务资源，制订有效的交通节能减排政策，从而实现可持续发展提供理论依据。

Economic, environmental, and social coordinated development is the only way for the sustainable development of human society. Logistics industry is an important ingredient in national economy, and it has important supported and guaranteed effect to economic and social development. In this study, we examine shipment consolidation with the target of economic, environmental, and social coordination and optimization. We examine cargo service providers’ shipment consolidation operations from the supply side and competition from the demand side, examine how to coordinate between shipment consolidation operations and marketing, investigate effective cooperation modes between cargo service providers in shipment consolidation process, analyze tradeoff between shipment consolidation and activity integration, thereby realize economic, environmental，and social coordination and optimization. According to a series of models, we examine effects of carbon emissions on operation decisions, analyze whether is possible that mitigate carbon emissions by operational adjustments, and explore the feasibility of introduce social factor into operational models. This research will provide some theoretical insights for cargo service providers compete effectively in market, and for government integrate logistics service resource and formulate transport energy saving and emissions reduction policies, so as to realize the sustainable development.
