新疆拥有丰富的催化裂化循环油资源,其具备高密度、高芳烃含量、低十六烷值的特点。由于其富含稠环芳烃,可以作为获得1-2环芳烃化工产品的理想原料。拟首次系统以介微孔材料Beta-KIT-6、Y-SBA-15和USY分子筛为载体,Ni(Co)-Mo(W)双金属为活性组分制备加氢裂化催化剂。分别以单环、双环芳烃为目标产物,研究催化剂的制备方式、孔道结构、酸性质和活性组分种类、负载量对加氢裂化活性的影响,并系统地考察加氢工艺条件,如:重时空速、反应温度、反应压力、氢油比。采用XRD、TPD、TPR、BET、SEM、TEM和Py-IR等手段对催化剂材料进行表征,并结合循环油的族组成分析结果,研究循环油及其馏分油加氢裂化制备单环、双环芳烃的机理以及两种机理与催化剂构效关系的定量变化,为实现催化裂化循环油资源的深度利用以及1-2环芳烃的生产工艺提供有价值的技术路线。

Xinjiang province is abundant in cycle oil resources, and cycle oil is characterized by high density, high content of aromatics, low cetane number. Due to the high content of aromatics in cycle oil, it could be regarded as the ideal petrochemical feedstock to obtain 1-2 rings aromatics. In current work, Ni(Co)-Mo(W) bimetallic hydrocracking catalysts supported on micro-mesoporous materials such as Beta-KIT-6、Y-SBA-15 and USY zeolite will be prepared systematically for the first time. Taking the monocyclic or dicyclic aromatics as target product individually, we will investigate the influence of the structure and acidic properties of catalysts, the kinds and the amount of bimetallic active sites, and the preparation methods of catalysts, on the hydrocracking activity. And the effects of various operation parameters on the hydrocracking performance will be investigated systematically, such as reaction temperature, reaction pressure, weight hourly space velocity and hydrogen to feed oil volume ratio. Various characterization technologies, such as XRD, TPD, TPR, BET, SEM, TEM and Py-IR etc. will be employed, combining with the hydrocarbon group analysis of cycle oil, in order to investigate the catalytic mechanism of producing 1-2 rings aromatics from hydrocracking of cycle oil with its fraction and the difference of the structure-activity relationship between these two mechanisms, for offering a high-value technical route for the deep utilization of cycle oil and the production process of 1-2 rings aromatics.
