锰氧化物及其异质结中的自旋玻璃态和自旋团簇玻璃态作为新型的磁态,在自旋电子学领域具有重要的理论研究价值和广阔的应用前景。自旋玻璃态和自旋团簇玻璃态本质上均起源于铁磁和反铁磁相互作用之间的竞争。然而,锰氧化物及其异质结中自旋玻璃态与自旋团簇玻璃态形成的物理条件尚不清楚。本项目拟通过研究晶体取向、界面电荷转移对锰氧化物及其异质结中自旋玻璃态和自旋团簇玻璃态的影响及影响机理,探讨自旋玻璃态和自旋团簇玻璃态形成的物理条件。具体研究内容包括:(1)晶体取向对自旋团簇玻璃态形成的影响和影响机理;(2)晶体取向对自旋团簇玻璃态向自旋玻璃态转变的影响和影响机理;(3)界面电荷转移对自旋团簇玻璃态向自旋玻璃态转变的影响和影响机理。本项目的开展有助于加深对锰氧化物及其异质结中自旋团簇玻璃态和自旋玻璃态关系的理解,同时为其他体系中自旋团簇玻璃态和自旋玻璃态的研究提供理论指导。
英文摘要
As the new-type magnetic states, the spin glass state and cluster glass state in manganite and manganite heterostructures are arousing considerable attention due to their important theoretical value and extensive application prospect in spintronics. The spin glass state and cluster glass state both originate from the competition between ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions. However, the physical conditions of forming the spin glass state and cluster glass state are still not clear. In this project, we will investigate the effect and mechanism of crystalline orientation and interfacial charge transfer on the spin glass state and cluster glass state in manganite and manganite heterostructures, exploring the physical conditions of forming the spin glass state and cluster glass state. The detailed research contents are as follows: (1) The crystalline orientation effect and mechanism on the formation of cluster glass state; (2) The crystalline orientation effect and mechanism on the transition from cluster glass state to spin glass state; (3) The interfacial charge transfer effect and mechanism on the transition from cluster glass state to spin glass state. This project can not only help to promote the understanding on the relationship between spin glass state and cluster glass state in manganite and manganite heterostructures, but also provide theoretical instruction for spin glass state and cluster glass state in other systems.
