社会资本是具有“新进劣势”的高科技新创企业成长的关键要素，同时也是双元创新的重要解释变量，而双元创新又是高科技行业新创企业的重要成长战略。由此，社会资本与双元创新、新创企业成长之间呈现出多方面契合点，双元创新在社会资本与高科技新创企业成长之间具有桥梁作用。如何整合利用社会资本促进高科技新创企业实施双元创新、进而作用于高科技新创企业成长是创新管理及企业成长研究领域的重要研究方向。项目通过界定高科技新创企业的社会资本内涵、结构层次和特征，研究基于社会资本的高科技新创企业双元创新实现机制；通过构建社会资本、双元创新与高科技新创企业成长传导效应的整合模型，识别社会资本对高科技新创企业的内在影响路径，揭示社会资本通过双元创新的传导效应对高科技新创企业成长的内在作用机理，探索关键影响因素对三者关系的影响机理，提出我国高科技新创企业培育社会资本、实施双元创新战略的管理建议，促进我国高科技新创企业成长。

Social capital is the key factor for the growth of high-tech new venture with “liabilities of newness”. At the same time, it is also an important explanatory variable for ambidextrous innovation. And ambidextrous innovation is an important growth strategy for new venture in high-tech industries. Therefore, there are many fusion points between social capital, ambidextrous innovation and the growth of high-tech new ventures. Ambidextrous innovation has mediating effect between social capital and the growth of high-tech new ventures. How to integrate and utilize social capital to promote ambidextrous innovation in high-tech new ventures and influence the growth of high-tech new ventures is an important research direction in the research field of innovation management and new venture growth.Through defining the connotation, structure and characteristics of the social capital of high-tech new ventures, this project research the ambidextrous innovation mechanism of high-tech new ventures based on social capital. By constructing an integrated model of transmission effect between social capital, ambidextrous innovation and the growth of high-tech new ventures, we can identify the internal influence path of social capital on the growth of high-tech new ventures, reveal the mediating effect of ambidextrous innovation on the relationship between social capital and the growth of high-tech new ventures, explore the mechanism of key influence factors on the relationship between the three, put forward management suggestions for high-tech new ventures to cultivate social capital and implement the ambidextrous innovation strategy in order to promote the growth of high-tech new ventures in China.
