木材腐朽真菌是大型真菌中非常重要的一个类群,不仅在森林生态系统的物质循环中发挥着重要作用,而且其中很多种类还具有良好的食药用价值,开发利用潜力巨大。药用真菌在真菌界中的分布很不均匀,目前已开发正式入药的种类大多为木材腐朽真菌。山东是我国大型真菌分布的重点地区,但在木材腐朽真菌多样性研究及其中重要潜力药用真菌类群的研究方面则严重滞后。本研究拟通过开展系统的木材腐朽真菌多样性调查,建立山东木材腐朽真菌标本库和种质资源库;选择叶孔菌属等潜力药用真菌菌株进行发酵培养和有效活性成分提取;选择目前发病率较高的多种人癌细胞系对其进行体外细胞抑瘤试验研究,检测各供试菌株不同活性样品的抑瘤谱,进而通过活性追踪明确其活性组分并对其抗肿瘤活性进行科学评价,为我国新旧动能转换示范提供新资源,新动能,为这一类宝贵资源的进一步开发利用提供有力的基础支撑,加速药用真菌分类基础研究成果走向应用。

Wood-rotting fungi are a very important group of macrofungi with great potential for development and utilization. They not only play an important role in the material circulation of forest ecosystem, but also contain many species with good edible and medicinal function. The distribution of medicinal fungi in the fungal kingdom is very uneven. At present, most of the medicinal fungi which have been formally used as medicine are wood-rotting fungi. Shandong Province is a key area for the distribution of macrofungi in China, but the research on the diversity of wood-rotting fungi and its important potential medicinal fungi is lagging behind. The purpose of this study was to establish the specimen bank and germplasm resource bank of wood-rotting fungi in Shandong Province by systematically investigating the diversity of wood-rotting fungi. The fermentation culture and the extraction of active components were carried out by some potential medicinal fungi such as Phylloporia et al. A variety of human cancer cell lines with a high incidence at present were selected for in vitro antitumor experimental study, and the antitumor spectra of different active samples from the tested strains were detected. Furthermore, the active components were identified and their antitumor activities were scientifically evaluated by tracing the activity. The research results are intended to provide new resources and new kinetic energy for the demonstration of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in China, provide a strong foundation for the further development and utilization of this kind of precious resources, and accelerate the application of the basic research results of the classification of medicinal fungi.
