在多民族地区的网络学习环境中,学习者呈现多民族化,学习环境也呈现出多元文化的特征。研究表明:学生由于受自身文化影响,表现出不一样的学习特征和认知差异。虽然有很多学者从文化的视觉研究民族学生的学习特征,旨在改进课堂教学,对个性化在线学习的研究却忽略了学习者的文化背景。因此本项目应用Rasch方法和聚类方法挖掘少数民族学习者的学习难点及认知异常,将共词分析与聚类方法应用于学习论坛的分析与研究中,挖掘学习者的学习问题。在此基础上,基于课程知识本体构建少数民族学习者的模糊认知地图,同时从民族宗教学的角度研究和构建少数民族文化敏感语料数据库,并结合CELTS-11构建少数民族学习者模型。其次,基于学习者模型和CELTS-41研究融入民族文化和认知特点的学习资源元数据,研究基于模糊认知地图的学习资源语义模型及其存储模式,进而研究多元文化环境下面向少数民族学习者的基于协同过滤的个性化推荐模型及推荐策略。

In online learning environment of multi-ethnic regions, learners are multi-ethnic and online learning environment also is multi-cultural. Research indicates that student's culture will affect their learning cognitive. Research also shows that different learning characteristics and cognitive bias will affect their learning effect. Although many scholars research learning characteristics of ethnic students from the perspective of culture, they aim to improve classroom teaching rather than personalized online learning. The cultural background of learners in online learning is neglected. Therefore, we apply the Rasch method and clustering method to mine the ethnic learners' learning difficulties and cognitive abnormalities, and apply co-word analysis and clustering method to mine the learning problem on their forums. On this basis, fuzzy cognitive map of ethnic learners is constructed based on the curriculum knowledge ontology. Furthermore, from the angle of religion and ethnology, the database of cultural sensitive corpus of ethnic minorities is researched and constructed. Then, minority learner model is constructed based on CELTS-11, fuzzy cognitive map and cultural sensitive of ethnic minorities. .On the other hand, based on the learner model and the CELTS-41, we research the metadata of learning resource which ethnic culture is integrated into. Based on the fuzzy cognitive map, learning resource model is constructed and learning resource storage model is presented. On this basis, the personalized recommendation model of learning resources for users in multi-cultural environment is constructed and recommendation strategy of learning resource for ethnic learners is proposed.
