风电机组主传动系统不仅是能量的传输通道,也是机组载荷的传递路径,在复杂恶劣的服役环境下其本身的运行安全性必须高度重视。项目针对风电机组主传动系统实时动态载荷及其传递特性不清,多工况动力学行为不明,导致运行状态异常早发这一工程现实问题,着力于从SCADA数据挖掘分析主传动系统时程服役载荷并进行运行状态评估。研究过程从主传动系统载荷测算出发,建立SCADA数据状态参数与主传动系统载荷映射关系并进行时程载荷重构,同时建立主传动系统动力学模型并开展载荷传递特性分析,然后,统计分析服役状态下的主传动系统典型故障,建立含典型故障的主传动系统动力学模型并分析其行为特性,最后,挖掘分析SCADA数据状态参数与主传动系统行为关联机制,提出主传动系统运行状态评价指标与量化算法,构建出主传动系统在线状态识别模型并进行可靠性分析,从而形成风电机组主传动系统运行状态评估新方法,保障风电机组全寿命周期内安全可靠服役。
英文摘要
The main transmission system of wind turbine is the energy and load transfer path. In the harsh service environment, the operation safety must be highly valued. The real-time dynamic load and its transmission characteristics of the main transmission system are not clear, and the dynamic behavior of transmission system under multi-working conditions is also unclear. These will lead to abnormal early operation state. This project focuses on analyzing the service load of the main transmission system and evaluating its operation state from SCADA data. Firstly, the operational load of the main transmission system must be measured and calculated, and the mapping relationship between state parameters from SCADA data and the load of the main transmission system is established, then the time-history load reconstruction is carried out. At the same time, the dynamic model of the main transmission system is established and the load transfer characteristics are analyzed. Then, by statistical analysis of typical faults of main transmission system in service, the dynamic model of main transmission system with typical faults is established and its dynamic behavior is analyzed. Lastly, the correlation mechanism between state parameters from SCADA data and the main transmission system dynamic behavior is mined and analyzed, and the operational state evaluation index and quantification algorithm of the main transmission system are put forward. The on-line state identification model of the main transmission system is constructed, thus a new method for evaluating the operational state of the main transmission system of wind turbines is formed, which can ensure the safe and reliable service of the wind turbines in the whole life cycle.
