炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属隶属于炭角菌目,具有重要的生态研究意义和较好的药用开发潜力,对其进行系统分类具有重要的学术及应用价值。由于分子数据缺乏,形态特征区别小,其分类系统一直存在争议,属间和种间形态特征存在交叉,多个分支的分类地位不清晰,隐藏着属级分类阶元。我国对该类群的研究更加薄弱。喀斯特生境特殊,申请人前期发现我国西南喀斯特地区炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属资源丰富,存在大量新物种。国内外未发现对喀斯特地区炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属的系统研究。.本项目拟在大量西南喀斯特地区本类群标本的基础上,结合模式标本、模式菌种,利用形态特征、多基因分子系统学、子座化合物特征,构建炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属更加趋于自然的分类系统,明确我国西南喀斯特地区炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属资源多样性。搞清我国西南喀斯特地区真菌种类,完成炭团菌属和环纹炭团菌属的系统分类,为中国喀斯特地区真菌资源的保护、利用和系统分类提供科学依据。
英文摘要
Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon, members of Xylariales, have important ecological research significance and potential for medicinal development. Systematics study on the genera have great value in academic and practical application. Due to the lack of molecular data and the small difference of morphological features, the classification system of Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon has been controversial. Morphological characteristics of intergeneric and interspecific exist many crosses. The classification status of many branches is not clear. There are many generic taxa hidden in the group of Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon. The research on the genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon in China is even weaker. Karst habitat is special. The applicant found that there are abundant resources of genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon and a large number of new species in the karst area of Southwest China. There is no systematic study on the genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon in karst area at home and abroad. .Based on a large number of specimens of genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon in the southwestern karst region, combined with type specimens and type cultures, this project aims to construct a more natural taxonomic system of genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon by using morphological characteristics, molecular systematics and compound characteristics from ascomata. This project will clarify the diversity of resources of genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon in karst areas of Southwest China. Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon in the karst area of Southwest China will be investigated, the systematic classification of the genera Hypoxylon and Annulohypoxylon will be completed in this study. This project will provide scientific basis for the protection, utilization and systematic taxonomy of fungi resources in karst areas of China.
