溴代倍半萜 aldigenin 类物质的全合成及生理活性研究

溴代倍半萜类物质是在巴西的大西洋海域新发现的一种红藻中分离到的一类结构非常特殊的红没药烯型（bisabolene-type）倍半帖，该分子具有4个环和6个手性中心，对该分子的研究鲜有报道。本课题利用易得原料香芹酮[L-(-) carvone]全合成化合物Aldingenin A、B、C和D，旨在确定其绝对构型并进行类似物的合成及生理活性筛选，本课题将探索合成新路线，提供复杂多环倍半萜全合成的新方法，为进一步研究其生理活性提供科学依据。

Four brominated sesquiterpene from red algae found for the first time in Brazil and in the Atlantic ocean resulted in the isolation of a new bisabolene-type sesquiterpene named aldigenin. Its proposed structure, which was postulated based on extensive NMR studies, possesses a stereochemically dense tetracyclic framework, containing 7 stereocenters, 4 of which are contiguous with a brominated tetrahydropyran. There is little research reported due to its compact and complex molecular architecture.This topic wanted to total synthesis aldingenin A, B, C and D,using readily available raw materials L-(-) carvone to determine the absolute configuration and synthesis of analogs, and proceed physiological activity screening. The subject explore the synthesis of new routes, new methods to apply complex total synthesis of polycyclic sesquiterpene , and provide a scientific basis for further study of their physiological activity.
