受复杂建设环境影响，有限理性工人心理感知过程容易出现偏差，可能引起不安全行为，而建筑工人不安全行为是事故高发的主要原因。对此，课题组提出建筑工人不安全行为是偏离安全规范行为的行为偏差观点，基于行为产生的毫秒级心理过程视角，结合事件相关电位技术(ERPs)设计脑神经实验，展开建筑工人心理感知偏差致因不安全行为的机理研究。首先，研究建筑工人不安全行为偏差机理和心理感知偏差机理，通过反应时、错误率以及ERPs成分脑电指标证实行为偏差观点和心理感知偏差现象；然后，设计实验验证心理感知偏差与不安全行为的因果关系，找到心理感知偏差原因，分析心理感知偏差致因不安全行为的机理；最后，基于关键致因路径提出矫正措施、验证矫正效果、完善实施方案。研究成果从心理内因探明不安全行为的根本原因和机理，有助于揭示建筑工人不安全行为心理机制和完善建筑工人不安全行为理论，也有助于从心理角度根治不安全行为，降低建筑安全事故。

Due to the complex construction environment, deviations tend to appear in the psychological perception process of workers with bounded rationality. Such deviations may cause unsafe behaviors, which is the main cause of high incidence rate in the construction industry. Therefore, the research team proposes that the unsafe behavior of construction workers is a behavioral deviation from the norm of safe behaviors. The causal mechanism of psychological perception deviation of unsafe behaviour of construction workers are examined through the cranial nerves experiments that are designed using Event-Related Potential (ERPs) based on the perspective of millisecond psychological process of behaviour. Firstly, the mechanism of unsafe behavior deviation and psychological perception deviation of construction workers will be studied. The viewpoint of behavioral deviation and the phenomenon of psychological perception deviation will be verified by reaction time, error rate and EEG indicators of ERPs components. Then, experiments will be designed to test the causal relationship between the psychological perception deviation and unsafe behaviour, find out the causes of psychological perception deviation and analyze the mechanism of psychological perception deviation causing unsafe behaviour. Finally, based on the critical causal path, the research team will propose corrective measures, verify the corrective effect, and improve the implementation plan. This research investigates the root causes of unsafe behaviors from the internal psychological factors. The findings may reveal the psychological mechanism of unsafe behavior of construction workers and contribute to the theory of unsafe behavior of construction workers. The findings may also help to prevent unsafe behaviors from the psychological perspective and reduce workplace accidents on construction sites.
