“哨点前移”是国家层面传染病防控的重要策略。哈萨克斯坦作为中亚最大、我国“向西开放”交流最频繁的国家,该国与其毗邻中亚国家人兽共患病防控基础性研究工作十分薄弱。2018年本团队在毗邻我国新疆的哈萨克斯坦国东部和南部5个州(克孜勒奥尔达州、南哈萨克斯坦州、江布尔州、阿拉木图州、东哈萨克斯坦州)下辖的14个县采集到蜱种6043只。本项目拟通过:① 对哈萨克斯坦东、南地区5个州的蜱种进行形态学和分子鉴定,建立蜱种形态学、核酸数据库;② 对优势、特有蜱种进行病原谱(细菌谱、原虫谱、病毒谱)分析,筛查出具有重要公共卫生意义的蜱传病原;③建立重要蜱传病原分子筛查方法,对7-10种蜱传病原进行分子检测,预测这些重要蜱传病原传入我国的风险。该项目的实施和创新性成果的展示将为我国“外来病”、“新发传染病”的“哨点前移”性防控起到不可替代的作用。
英文摘要
“Sentimental advancement” is an important strategy for prevention and control of infectious diseases at the national level in our country. As the country with the largest area in Central Asia and the most frequent exchanges with the western part of China, the basic research work on the prevention and control of zoonosis in Kazakhstan and its surrounding Central Asian countries is very weak. In 2018, our team collected a total of 6043 species in 14 counties (These counties belong to Kyzylordaya, South Kazakhstan, Jiangbul, Almaty and East Kazakhstan.) in the eastern and southern parts of Kazakhstan adjacent to Xinjiang, China. The project intends to establish a morphological and nucleic acid database through the morphological and molecular identification of the ticks of five states in the eastern and southern parts of Kazakhstan. Then we analyze the pathogen spectrum (bacteria, protozoa and virus) of the dominant and unique species, and screen out the rumored pathogens with important public health significance. In the end, it is expected to establish an important molecular screening method for rumor pathogens, and conduct molecular tests on 7-10rumored pathogens to predict the risk of introduction of these important rumor pathogens into China. The implementation of the project and the demonstration of innovative results will play an irreplaceable role in the prevention and control of the "sentimental advancement" of "external diseases" and "new infectious diseases" in China.
