处于六自由度环境的邮轮乘客人群是一种具有高密集度、高伤亡风险特征的特殊群体,遭遇暴雨、台风极端天气、船舶间或船舶与岛礁间的碰撞等都有可能使邮轮发生翻沉,进而对乘客人群的安全构成重大威胁。分析表明,邮轮复杂的内部结构和特殊的航行状态限制了乘客个体的运动,遇到突发事故时,在1~5分钟的时间窗口内将乘客聚集到集合点使得疏散过程尤为紧迫。本项目考虑船体倾斜角度、邮轮内部交通设施结构、人群密度等复杂因素对乘客疏散能力的影响,采用理论模型和实证分析相结合的手段量化相关影响因素,揭示船体倾斜状态下邮轮乘客人群的疏散规律,建立相应的理论和计算模型,形成面向邮轮乘客人群疏散风险分析方法,发现邮轮内部交通设施设计或管理的缺陷,提出有利于提高邮轮乘客人群疏散效率和安全运营的诱导管控策略,确保乘客人群的生命安全。项目成果对深入理解邮轮密集人群运动过程动力学演化规律有重要意义,为邮轮应急管理提供科学依据。
英文摘要
The passengers of cruise ship in the environment of six degrees of freedom is a special crowd with the characteristics of high density and high casualty risk. The cruise ship would be capsized when it is encounter the extreme weather such as rainstorm, typhoon or the collision between the ships and reefs. Under the circumstances, it has posed a great threat to the safety of passengers’ life. Analysis shows that the complex structure of cruise ship and special navigational condition limit the movement of passengers, thus, in case of emergency, the evacuation process is particularly urgent to gather the passengers to the evacuation gathering place within the time window of 1~5 minutes. In this project, multiple complex factors such as inclination angle of the ship, the structure of cruise ship’s traffic facilities, the crowd density of passengers etc, will be taken into consideration quantified by means of combining theoretical model and empirical analysis. Then the evacuation regularity of the passengers under the inclination of cruise ship would be revealed and the corresponding theoretical and computing model will be established. Finally, the risk analysis method of the crowd of passengers on ship will be formed, based on which, the defects of the design of cruise ship traffic facilities or management can be found and the guiding strategies to improve the passengers’ evacuation efficiency and operation safety of cruise ship will be proposed to ensure the life safety of passengers on ship. The results of this project will be meaningful for further understanding the dynamic evolution rule of the high density crowd movement of cruise ship, and provide scientific basis for the management of cruise ship emergency.
