水网地区“以水成聚”“因水而兴”的地理特征是影响广域范围城乡空间发展演进的关键要素，苏南是我国典型“水乡”地区，其水系和水网的形态、水资源的利用方式、水网空间的文化生成与延续，以及水域空间的演进，形成了独特的发展动力机制和鲜明的地域特征。在国土空间规划新的理念与体系下，生态文明和智慧发展成为最重要的长远目标与方向指引。本研究以苏南水网地区乡村为研究案例，在系统梳理、提炼水网地区“水生态”“水经济”“水文化”等核心水域空间发展特质的基础上，以“社会-生态系统”为理论依据，应用该地区社会经济大数据和ArcGIS等系统工具，建立苏南水网地区乡村“生态智慧模型”，构建“空间发展格局优化”“空间发展模式评估”“辅助规划编制划区定线”“空间保护空缺分析”等模型系统功能，为深入挖掘水网地区乡村空间发展的机制与规律，提供科学基础和技术支撑依据。

The geographical characteristics of convergence by water and prospering by water in water net region are key factors affecting the evolution of urban and rural space. Southern Jiangsu is the typical aqueous region in China. Its form of water system and network, utilization of water resource, culture generation and succeed of water net space, evolution of water space formed a unique development dynamic mechanism and distinctive regional characteristics. Under the new concept and system of national land spatial planning, ecological civilization and wisdom development become the most important long-term goals and directions. This research takes water net region in southern Jiangsu rural region for study case, combing and refining development characteristics of core aqueous region such as water ecology, water economy and water culture, taking "social-ecological system" as theoretical basis, applying social economic big data and ArcGIS, building ecological wisdom model of water net region in southern Jiangsu rural region, providing model systematic functions of spatial development pattern optimization, spatial development model assessment, auxiliary planning and protection gap analysis, to identify the mechanism and law of rural space development in water network area and provide scientific basis and technical support.
