慢性疲劳综合征是一种严重影响人们日常生活的疾病,患者存在中枢及外周病变。太极拳对其可能具有疗效,其复杂的中枢及外周效应机制有待进一步阐明。多尺度脑网络的重组、肌肉电生理及认知功能的改变可能是太极拳的作用位点。在此基础上我们采用功能磁共振技术(fMRI)进行多尺度脑网络分析,结合表面肌电图(sEMG)及注意网络测试(ANT),探讨太极拳运动对慢性疲劳综合征患者多尺度脑网络的整合效应及其与认知功能、肌肉电生理的同步性机制。本研究纳入慢性疲劳综合征患者和健康受试者各30例,进行fMRI、sEMG、ANT检查,8周太极拳训练后再次进行上述检查。分析慢性疲劳综合征患者与健康受试者太极拳前后多尺度脑网络、sEMG、ANT的变化及三者之间的关系。围绕大脑整体性调控、认知功能及肌肉电生理的变化,表达太极拳的效应位点,为太极拳辅助治疗慢性疲劳综合征的机制提供数据支持。

Chronic fatigue syndrome, which affects people's daily life, is a serious disease with central and peripheral pathological changes. Tai Chi Chuan may be provided clinical effects on it, and the complex central and peripheral mechanism of Tai Chi Chuan needs to be further elucidated. The reorganization of multi-scale brain network, changes in electrophysiology of muscle and cognitive function may be the effect sites of Tai Chi Chuan. On this basis, we use functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) technology to analyze the multi-scale brain network, combined with surface electromyography (sEMG) and attention to network test (ANT), to explore the integration effect of Tai Chi Chuan on the multi-scale brain network of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and its synchronism with cognitive function and electrophysiology of muscle. In this study, 30 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and 30 healthy subjects are included and performed fMRI, sEMG and ANT. After 8 weeks of Tai Chi Chuan training, the above examinations are carried out again. The changes and relationships of brain network, sEMG and ANT before and after Tai Chi Chuan in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome and healthy subjects are analyzed. The effect sites of Tai Chi Chuan are expressed from the aspect on improvement of the integral regulation of brain, cognitive function and electrophysiology of muscle. The data support is provided for mechanism of Tai Chi Chuan supplementary treatment in chronic fatigue syndrome.
