英文摘要
This proposal belongs to Key Program “Secure and Efficient Operation Mechanism for Water, Electricity, Natural Gas and Integrated Energy Systems (IES)” supported by Smart Grid Collaborative Fund. This proposal is aimed at investigating Institution Effectiveness Theory, and designing market mechanisms to achieve the resource optimal allocation as well as the efficient and secure operation of integrated energy systems, thereby yielding critical technologies. According to the latest achievements of Institution Effectiveness Theory, the institution for IES will be designed in this proposal, which supports the secure and efficient operation of IES. An IES market mechanism will be presented based on market value and transaction cost allocation theory, thus achieving constraint elastification, managing market risks, reducing transaction costs and promoting information symmetry. A market equilibrium model will be formulated considering the simulation of optimization iterative processes, the data-driven modeling of bounded rationality-based market behavior, and the transaction costs along the sectors of energy production, transmission, transformation and consumption, which will achieve the market regularization of algorithms. A self-optimizing solution method will be proposed for the market equilibrium of IES based on data-driven clock control in the environment of internet, big data and artificial intelligence. The research achievements from this program will possibly take advantage of a fair market value and energy network cost allocation, to induce the elasticity of the energy production and consumption, improve the integration of multiple energy systems, and break the barriers among different energy industries, thereby achieving the resource optimal allocation in a larger energy infrastructure and supporting the secure and efficient operation of IES.
