随着轻量化夹芯复合板在工程上应用越来越多,对夹芯板三维曲面的需求量也越来越大。传统的制造方法工序复杂、成本高,难以满足工程需要。通过塑性成形将夹芯平板直接变成三维曲面,是一种高效、快捷的加工方法。但是,夹芯板由三层材料组成,特别是其多孔材料构成的夹芯,使其塑性成形问题变得非常复杂,传统板料成形的理论与方法对其不再适应。为使夹芯板塑性成形技术得到工程应用,必须进行系统的基础研究,建立新的理论与方法。本项目将从宏/细观尺度夹芯板的塑性变形行为进行研究,建立面向曲面塑性成形的夹芯板塑性力学解析体系,基于面向塑性成形的本构关系模型,建立夹芯板塑性变形宏观尺度的等效分析方法;揭示夹芯板塑性成形中主要失效模式,阐明其形成机制,建立有效的成形缺陷预测方法,最后采用多点成形方法验证夹芯板曲面塑性成形的可行性。夹芯板塑性成形将为夹芯板曲面制造开辟一条新途径,这一技术在很多领域都有广阔的应用前景。

As more and more lightweight sandwich plates are applied in engineering, there are more and more demands for the three-dimensional surface of sandwich panels; however, traditional technique couldn't be widely used to fabricate such kind surface panels because of high production cost and complexity in the manufacturing processes. A rapid and high-efficient manner is to form a sandwich panel by plastic forming process which can directly change a sandwich plate to a 3D sandwich surface. But a sandwich plate consists of three layer materials, especially its core cell layer composed of cellular solid materials, make the plastic forming problem very complicated, and conventional sheet metal forming theories and methods are no longer suitable for analyzing these problems. In order to make the plastic forming technology for sandwich plate applied to engineering, it is necessary to conduct systemically fundamental study on the subject, and construct new methodology for the problem. This project will make a research into the plastic forming behaviors of sandwich plate from macro/meso scale, set up a 3D forming-oriented analytical system for the plastic mechanic analyses of sandwich plate. Based on the 3D forming-oriented constitute models, the project will set up an equivalent analyzing approach in macro/meso scale for the plastic forming of sandwich plate, and reveal the major failure modes in the plastic forming of sandwich plate, expound the mechanisms of the failures and present the effective methods to predict the failures, and finally, validity the feasibility of the plastic forming of three-dimensional sandwich panel by using multi-point forming method. Plastic forming of sandwich plate will open up a new way to the manufacturing of three-dimensional sandwich panel, and this technology has a very wide application prospect in many fields.
