课题组前期临床发现摩腹法治疗原发性失眠有效，并从动物实验着手对摩腹疗法治疗大鼠焦虑型睡眠障碍进行了探索，结合现代研究发现失眠与脑肠轴调控机制密切相关，并涉及多条信号通路的调控。据此提出手法中起关键作用的是摩腹法，其机理可能经手法刺激腹部是基于脑肠轴调控学说经复杂的神经体液调节而达到治疗失眠的科学假说。本研究拟以Wistar雄性大鼠为研究对象，造模成功后随机分组，使用单纯摩腹法和既往摩腹疗法（多种手法共同使用）干预，采用ELISA、WB、PCR等检测方法，从分子、蛋白及基因表达水平探讨摩腹法治疗大鼠原发性失眠的可能机制，探索摩腹法是否经脑肠轴调控对大鼠原发性失眠的效应及机制，进一步验证单纯摩腹法是否是腹部推拿治疗失眠的关键手法，并为推拿临床治疗失眠和发明相关替代人工手法的机器人提供理论依据。

The research group found that the abdominal rubbing method had a significant effect on the treatment of primary insomnia, but its mechanism is still unclear. Modern studies have shown that insomnia is closely related to the regulation mechanism of brain-gut axis and involves the regulation of multiple signaling pathways. Therefore, it is suggested that abdominal massage may regulate insomnia through the camp-pka-creb signaling pathway regulated by the brain-intestinal axis. In this study, animal experiments were used to make a model of primary insomnia in Wistar male rats and randomly divided into groups. After intervention by abdominal massage, ELISA, WB, PCR and other detection methods were used to observe the differences of key factors of insomnia in each group after intervention, and to explore the effect and mechanism of abdominal massage on primary insomnia in rats through the regulation of brain and intestinal axis. This study is of great significance for elucidation of the effect and mechanism of massage on primary insomnia in rats and provides new ideas for clinical treatment of insomnia.
