资金约束供应链融资风险的分担与转移策略研究

Supply chain finance can be helpful to effectively mitigate or solve firms' financial constraints. However, the associated risk, as the result of the market uncertainty and information asymmetry among supply chain parties, can lead to the sub-optimal operational decisions of supply chain parties, thereby affecting the profitability and competitiveness of the whole supply chain. In this research, we intend to investigate financial risk sharing and transferring strategies for the capital-constrained supply chain. Our research mainly includes four topics: (i) First, we study risk sharing and transferring strategies for the capital–constrained retailer, through the design of hybrid contract of financing and insurance under random demand and asymmetric information environment, and the analysis of the impact of risk aversion on financial risk sharing decision; (ii) Second, we investigate risk sharing and transferring strategies for the capital-constrained supplier under external competitive environment, and examine the impacts of factors, such as information asymmetry, risk aversion, market competition, the firm’s initial capital level, etc., on the financial risk sharing decision and supply chain profit; (iii) Third, we study the financial risk and joint-loan policy for the supply chain with financial-constrained retailer and supplier, where the joint-loan strategy is designed and risk sharing strategy in reducing supply chain financial risk is analyzed; (iv) Finally, we conduct case studies and empirical analysis to justify the theoretical results.

供应链融资有利于缓解或解决企业资金约束问题，但因信息的不对称性和市场的不确定性因素所导致的融资风险使得供应链成员企业无法实现其最优运营决策，进而影响到供应链整体效益和竞争力。本项目拟研究资金约束供应链融资风险的分担与转移策略，主要研究内容包括四个方面：一是研究面向资金约束零售商融资风险的分担与转移策略，包括在随机需求与信息不对称环境下设计企业的最优融资与保险混合契约，分析风险偏好对融资风险的分担决策的影响；二是存在外部竞争的环境下研究面向资金约束供应商的风险分担与转移策略，并分别探讨信息不对称、风险偏好、市场竞争强度及供应商自有资金水平等因素对融资风险最优分担决策及供应链系统收益的影响；三是研究上下游均受资金约束供应链的融资风险与联贷联保策略,设计具有风险分担功能的联合融资模式，分析风险分担策略在降低供应链融资风险方面的价值；四是通过案例研究与实证分析验证所得的结论。

供应链融资有利于解决或缓解供应链成员企业的资金短缺问题，但因市场的不确定性和信息的不对称性所导致的融资风险使得供应链成员企业有可能无法实现其最优运营决策，进而影响到供应链系统收益和整体竞争力。.本项目以资金约束供应链融资风险的分担与转移问题为研究对象，主要研究成果包括三个方面：第一方面成果是得到了面向资金约束零售商融资风险的分担与转移策略，提出了风险厌恶型供应商通过最优的信用契约调整资金约束零售商融资结构的方法；通过将保险策略引入资金约束报童模型揭示了银行的风险规避态度等因素对最优库存与保险策略的影响；设计了“贸易信用+保理”和“银行融资+保险”的两种融资与风险管理的混合策略，分析了债权企业的风险规避行为是如何影响债务企业的运营与融资行为，揭示了保理机制在分担供应商贷款回收风险方面的作用。第二方面成果是研究了资金约束供应商的风险分担与转移问题，分别得到了需求不确定、供应不确定和存在外部竞争三种情形下的最优融资与运营策略，提出了分担供应商库存风险的最优资金补贴方法，揭示了风险偏好、信息不对称、市场竞争强度及供应商自有资金水平等因素对供应链系统收益的影响。第三方面成果是针对供应链上下游成员企业均存在资金约束情形，提出了由贸易信用与银行信用相结合的混合融资策略，得到了双边资金约束供应链混合融资的均衡策略，揭示了由供应商担保机制与混合融资策略相结合的风险担保机制的价值。.项目组在EJOR、Omega、JORS（2篇）、IJPE、IJPR、ASMBI、《中国管理科学》、《管理工程学报》等国内外核心期刊上共发表了12篇学术论文，出版专著《供应链混合融资决策及风险管理研究》；项目组成员参加了INFORMS和POMS等管理科学国际顶级学术会议；培养了4名博士和6名硕士。本项目提出的资金约束供应链融资风险的分担与转移策略，能够为我国企业特别是中小微型企业解决或缓解资金短缺问题和提升供应链系统竞争力提供理论依据和实践指导。
