青藏高原源头河流在冬季通常发生连底冻,越冬场是源头河流鱼类的重要栖息地。项目组在当曲发现了青藏高原源头河流内的鱼类越冬场,但其形成的条件尚不清晰。本项目拟(1)调查越冬场内的鱼类组成,分析食物网和营养级,计算鱼类相对重要性指数(IRI),结合性腺发育时相,确定越冬场关键鱼类。通过超声波遥测法(Ultrasonic telemetry),研究关键鱼类的越冬洄游行为,揭示关键鱼类的越冬周期;(2)通过追溯越冬场的热源,研究越冬周期内热源及越冬场的水温过程,解析温泉加热越冬场的作用和幅度;(3)研究越冬场河道地形、水深及流场、生境类型,结合遥感影像(RS)、无人机航摄(UAV)计算蜿蜒度、坡度,揭示越冬场深潭生境形成的的冲刷机制;(4)分析越冬期关键鱼类的食物组成,研究食物来源以及饵料生物的现存生物量,揭示食物满足机制。研究结果将丰富青藏高原鱼类越冬场研究,为保护该特别的越冬场提供基础数据。
英文摘要
Winter habitat in headwaters of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is the most important habitat factor affecting fish survival and determining fish productivity. At present, the fish winter habitat in the headwaters of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau has been discovered for the first time in the Dangqu River, southern heanwater of the Yangtze River. The three elements of the winter habitat-water temperature, water depth, and fish food demand formation mechanism need to be further revealed. This project intends to (1) determine the key fishes in the winter habitat based on the relative importance index, food webs and nutritional grades and gonad stage. Study temperal and spatial characteristics of the wintering migration of key fishes by ultrasonic telemetry, unveil wintering period; (2) Trace back to the heat source, analyze the process and heating range of the hot spring to the winter habitat in the winter season, finally reveal the water temperature formation mechanism; (3) Obtain river terrain, water depth and velocity data, analyze the habitat type of the winter habitat, and combine remote sensing Imagery (RS) and UAV images calculate meandering and slope, reveale the scour mechanism of deep pool formation; (4) determine food prefernce by analysing the anatomy and percentage of fish food composition during winter season, and to determing biomass of each preferred food, reveal the mechanism of food demand formation at the end. The research results are conducive to revealing the formation mechanism of fish winter habitat in the headwaters of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, enriching the study of fish winter habitat in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and providing basic data for protecting the special winter habitat.
