我国无障碍设计标准从无到有,在实践中逐步规范。然而,相对居住建筑、公共建筑和城市道路而言,公园绿地部分的规范较为概括,增加了实施和执行时的难度。而且无障碍设计的对象也主要是针对肢体残障者,忽视了行动不便者(如老年人)、暂时行动不便者(如孕妇、推婴儿车的使用者、儿童)及视障人士等群体。本项目从用户角度出发探索公园绿地无障碍设计规范与优化方法方案,基于公园绿地的多源数据,利用数据挖掘识别用户行为和空间使用规律,深入理解不同群体的使用特性;进而构建公园绿地无障碍设计理论模型,并构建基于多智能体的公园绿地用户行为智能仿真模型;最后对公园绿地无障碍设计评价指标评价体系进行分析,并对现行的公园绿地无障碍规范提出优化建议。本项目成果可以丰富公园绿地无障碍设计的研究方法体系,拓展公园绿地可达性和公平性的研究视角,可完善公园绿地的无障碍设计规范研究的理论基础,为城市公园绿地无障碍设计补充本土性的研究成果。
英文摘要
Researchers, urban planners and policymakers have made tremendous efforts to improve the quality of barrier-free environment and the codes for accessibility design. However, most policy strategies, ordinances, rules and guidelines focus on those with mobility issues. There has been relatively less focus on elderly, temporarily disabled and those with sensory disabilities. Compared to residential buildings and roads, policy strategies and codes related to parkland and green spaces are still in their infancy in China, making it difficult to implement and manage. This project explores the design and optimization of accessibility design of parkland and green spaces from the perspective of park users, and innovatively utilizes multi-source big data in parkland and green spaces and user data mining methods to identify user behavior, space usage and model characteristics; and then proposes the theoretical model and logical framework of accessibility design of parkland and green spaces; builds multi-agent based model for user behavior simulation; finally, the optimization path of codes for accessibility design are designed. The results of this project can enrich the research method of accessibility design of parkland and green spaces, expand the research perspective of accessibility and equity of parkland and green spaces. The findings of this study serve as a reference and direction on how to achieve effective barrier-free environment and improve the mode codes for accessibility design for parkland and green spaces.
