评估和干预心血管病总体危险是近年心血管病防治研究的重点和热点领域。血管结构与功能的变化与心脑血管疾病的发生和预后密切相关。研究表明中医脉象的指感特征与血管功能状态有关。高血压不同心血管危险分层患者的动脉结构与功能改变可能体现在中医脉象特征变化中。本研究借助血液动力学原理和方法，探讨脉搏波传播速度和反射特征对原发性高血压病压力脉图形成的可能影响，分析原发性高血压不同心血管危险分层患者脉象的特征差异，建立基于脉象特征参数的原发性高血压不同心血管危险分层患者血管功能状态预测数学模型，并进行验证，实现原发性高血压不同心血管危险分层的分类与预警，旨在为评估原发性高血压患者的心血管事件风险、防治提供有效、便捷的参考依据，为发展和推广脉诊这一无创伤诊断技术奠定基础。

Valuation and treatment of cardiovascular disease overall risk is the focus and hot area of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment research in recent years. The changes of vascular structure and function are closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The changes of arterial structure and function in hypertensive patients with different cardiovascular risk stratification may be reflected in the changes of pulse characteristics of TCM. To explore the possible effects of pulse wave propagation velocity and reflex characteristics on the formation of pressure pulse patterns in patients with essential hypertension, and to analyze the characteristics of pulse patterns in patients with essential hypertension with different cardiovascular risk stratification. A mathematical model for predicting vascular function status of essential hypertension patients with different cardiovascular risk stratification was established and verified based on pulse characteristic parameters, and the classification and early warning of different cardiovascular risk stratification of essential hypertension were realized. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective and convenient reference basis for assessing the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension and to lay a foundation for the development and promotion of pulse diagnosis as a non-invasive diagnostic technique.
