自2000年来，中国的CPI和PPI经历多次背离式增长，而另一方面产业发展失衡，技术创新偏向趋势日趋明显。虽然已有众多文献深入研究CPI和PPI背离的需求面因素，但几乎没有研究回答长期上CPI与PPI的背离是否与技术创新偏向的供给侧因素有关。为了系统地回答这个问题，本项目从技术创新偏向的角度出发，测度我国中间产品创新的部门偏向、要素增进偏向和要素偏向，并将三者做比较进而研究三者的内在联系；构建一系列基于中间产品技术创新偏向的多部门价格传导模型，从部门偏向、要素增进偏向和要素偏向的角度着手，分析中间产品技术创新偏向对中间产品和最终产品价格传导的影响机制；将中间产品技术创新偏向内生引入上述模型当中，分别从部门偏向内生、要素增进偏向内生和要素偏向内生的角度着手，分析创新偏向内生是否对CPI价格和PPI价格产生双向反馈效应。本项目以江西昌九工业走廊为例，为江西建设创新型省份提供政策建议。

Since 2000, China's CPI and PPI have diverged for many times. and at the same time, the industrial development have experienced imbalances and a bias of technological change. Although there have been numerous literature focusing at the demand side factors on the divergence between CPI and PPI, almost no one focus on supply side factors, such as bias of technology change. In order to answer this question, the project, from the perspective of technology innovation bias, measures the sector-bias, factor-bias and factor augmenting technological change in China, and try to compare the three measures, and then make multi-sector models with three kinds of bias technological change to analyze the transmission mechanism from bias in technical change to divergence between CPI and PPI, focused on intermediate goods. Then we allow for endogenous bias of technological change and explore the possibility of two-way feedback effect on CPI and PPI’s divergence from the endogenous innovation. This project also takes Chang-Jiu industrial corridor as example and provides policy advice for establishing innovative provinces of Jiangxi.
