新疆绵羊肺腺瘤肿瘤标志物发掘及其在病理形成中的作用研究

绵羊肺腺瘤是由绵羊肺腺瘤病毒引起的一种传染性肺脏肿瘤疾病，该病引起肺部肿瘤特征独特，病理表现明显，与人类的肺腺癌具有相似特征，患病动物呈现慢性消耗性过程并最终死亡，给绵羊养殖业造成严重经济损失。有关绵羊肺腺瘤的肿瘤标志物的研究很少，至今尚不清楚其存在哪些肿瘤标志物，课题组尝试采用人类肺腺癌肿瘤标志物进行检测，反应效果较差，不能用于临床诊断。本项研究通过Itraq蛋白定量技术比较病羊肺肿瘤组织与健康肺组织蛋白组差异，利用生物信息学方法筛选绵羊肺腺瘤特异性肿瘤标志物，采用羔羊肺腺瘤病毒人工感染动物模型研究肿瘤标志物在不同感染时期的表达时空特点和组织分布，结合病理生理学指标变化和病理形态学特征变化，阐明绵羊肺腺瘤肿瘤标志物参与肿瘤病理发展进程的作用，为揭示绵羊肺腺瘤病理形成机制和诊断标志物的临床应用提供科学依据。

Ovine pulmonary adenomatosis is an infectious disease caused by sheep Jaagsiekte virus, which have unique lung cancer pathology and chronic pathologic process ,ultimately to die, it caused serious economic losses in sheep breeding industry. There are few studies on the tumor markers of sheep lung adenoma, and it is still unclear which tumor markers are present in ? What is the significance in the diagnosis? This study use Itraq technology to probe differences of proteins between healthy and tumor lung tissue, to screen tumor markers by bioinformatics methods. construction Jaagsiekte virus infecting lamb model to study the tumor markers expression and tissue distribution characteristics, study its pathologic change ， Pathophysiological index and Pathomorphology ，verification the role of Jaagsiekte sheep tumor markers in tumor development process， provide scientific stuffs for mechanism to reveal the pathological formation and clinical application of diagnostic markers in Jaagsiekte sheep.
