全国教育大会教育方针强调“立德树人”的教育目标，重视以学生为主体的教育规律，其关键是把握学生成长的规律以及体系，将学生成长视为高校一切工作最终目标。大学生成长因理论观点与影响因素差异大而呈现多样，而现阶段对于学生成长差异化特征关注度不足导致高校人才培养整体设计以及专业课程规划不够精准有效。依托主持人国家社科基金重点课题成果“国家大学生学情调查(NCSS)”大型研究数据库，进一步深究大学生学习与成长的基准模型和总体规律的基础上，将大学生与专业特征、院校特征、社会行业特征的相互作用为主要指征，辅以信息量化模型和仿射传播聚类算法技术，分类表征不同教育因素对学生在高校教育活动中的各方面成长的影响，对不同背景大学生差异化成长状态、特征进行现象剖析与数据挖掘，构建高校学生分类成长的规律体系，落实不同类别与族群大学生学习成长规律与制度设计，重设不同高校人才培养机制，引导高校在各类人才培养定位下深化改革。

“To foster virtue through education” is the goal of education emphasized in National Education Conference, which focuses on learning student and is educational regulations. The key for this goal is to master the regulation and system of student improvement, and it will be the eventual target for higher education institutions. Because of theory and different factors, college student improvement has diverse. But talent cultivation design and curriculum plan by programs are not that precise nor effective, due to lack of attention on differentiation features of college student improvement. Based on the “national college student survey(NCSS)” database, also resulted by key project of national social science fund, benchmark models and general regulations of college student learning and improvement will be get further explored in this research. It will connect college student to the interaction of their program, institution and social industry features as main indication, supplemented by information quantization model and affine propagation clustering algorithm, to indicate influences by different educational factors for college student in their higher education activities. Depending on phenomenon analysis and data mining of diversified improvement status and features for college student from varied background, in this research, it will construct college student classified improvement regulation system, implement the learning and improvement regulations and system design for different categories and ethnic groups, redesign talent cultivation mechanism in different types of higher education institutions, in order to guide higher education institutions to deepen reform under the orientation of all kinds of talent cultivation.
