长期以来,我国油气资源对外依存度居高不下,且进口来源较为集中,易受到国际政治经济形势变化和重大突发事件影响,能源安全面临极大挑战。掌握全球油气贸易网络特征、抗干扰能力以及关键港口影响力将有助于我们做到未雨绸缪。海洋运输是我国油气资源进口的主要途径。而当前研究重点关注油气资源进出口国家之间宏观尺度上的贸易特征,从精细时空尺度刻画全球海洋油气运输过程的研究不足;此外,当前研究多从单层运输网络的视角开展,无法反映不同类型油气运输网络间隐含的内在关联关系。本项目基于全球油气运输船舶海量轨迹数据和时空大数据挖掘技术,从精细时空尺度下的海洋运输多层网络视角,研究全球油气运输网络结构特征、网络动态健壮性和关键港口影响力。项目实施将有助于丰富油气贸易研究的理论和方法,促进复杂网络科学、地理学、交通运输工程的交叉融合,为保障我国油气进口安全提供科学支撑。
英文摘要
For many years, China's oil and gas resources have been highly dependent on foreign countries, while its import sources are relatively concentrated. This generates high vulnerability to changes at the international political and economic level as well as to major emergencies. Amongst many issues to deal with, energy security is facing great challenges. Therefore, by systematically grasping global oil and gas trade network patterns, robustness and key ports' influence one can provide a better anticipation for the future. Maritime transportation is the main way to import oil and gas resources. However, current maritime-related research mainly focuses on oil and gas import and export trade characteristics at the macro scale. However almost no successful research has been so far achieved to describe and analyze global maritime oil and gas transportation processes and patterns from a finer global and regional temporal and spatial scales. Moreover, most current research often focuses on the perspective of a single-layer transportation network, which cannot reflect the implicit internal relationship between different types of oil and gas transportation networks. Based on mass global oil and gas vessel data, and temporal and spatial big data mining technology, this project studies the structural characteristics, dynamic robustness and key port influence of global oil and gas transportation network from the perspective of a multi-layer network. The implementation of the project will help to enrich the theory and method of oil and gas trade research, promote the cross integration of complex network science, geography and transportation engineering, and provide scientific support for the safety of China's oil and gas import.
