随着个人消费化IT，诸如硬件（智能手机、平板、可穿戴设备等）、服务（移动应用、软件）和内容资源迅速发展，信息系统呈现个人化趋势，即信息系统的构建和管理由企业层面下移至个人层面，因此用户的角色也从被动的技术接受者向主动的设计整合者转变，IT使用行为呈现跨环境以及多IT整合使用的特点，具有更高的复杂性和动态性。基于这一背景，本项目提出了个人IT整合使用及IT整合能力的概念，首先基于体验式设计过程分析了个人IT整合使用行为的内涵和影响因素，并在此基础上识别了IT整合能力的构成维度，建立概念及相关测量模型，接着研究了IT整合使用行为和IT整合能力的演化和协同演化机制，最后在上述基础上，提出并评估了个人、企业以及IT资源提供商针对IT整合使用行为和IT整合能力的优化策略，帮助企业实现IS管理标准化和IS使用个人化的平衡，IT资源提供商竞争策略及产品设计的优化，从而最终实现多方绩效的优化和共赢。

With the development of consumer IT, including devices (e.g.,smartphones, pad and wearable devices), services(mobile applications and softwares), and content resouces, there is a trend called individualization of information system.The individualization of information system implies that the construction and management of information system shift down from enterprises to users, and the role of users participation shifts from passive adopters or just delivering application domain knowledge during development process to a more active role performing design and integration of their own information systems. . We proposed the concept of individual integrative usage of IT which captures the high level of complexity and dynamics caused by cross environments and multiple IT usage under the trend of information system individualization. Meanwhile, we also propose that how effectively an individual integrate those IT resouces largely depends on his/her IT integration competence. Addressing these two concepts, we firstly investigate the meaning of integrative usage of IT based on the phases of experiential design, which includes four iterative phases named design, experience, evaluation and improvement. Then we identify the dimensions of IT integration competence based on the results of integrative usage of IT,and develop the conceptual and measurement model. After that, we analyze how IT integration usage behavior and IT integration competence evolve independently and also the co-evolution mechanism of them. Finally, we propose the strategies addressing improving individual IT integration behavior and IT integration competence from the perspectives of user, enterprise and IT resource provider, and also evaluate the performance of these strategies.. Thus,based on a better understanging of IT integration usage behavior and IT integration competence under the trend of information system individualization, our project aims to help enterprise to keep balance between standardized management of IS and personalized IS usage, and IT resource providers to improve competitive strategies and design of product features.
