随着“十二五”期间我国城镇化、工业化的快速推进,建筑物的能耗已上升到社会总能耗的30%,约60%的节能减排资金都用在建筑节能项目中。因此对通用建模机理与建筑能耗模型的研究意义重大。但由于建筑物的能量表征机理不清楚、建筑环境的复杂时变与多关联性耦合约束性,目前常用多项式耦合近似计算。按照项目指南要求,针对建筑节能领域的重大应用前景,重点探索基于消息云机制的变模态变结构能连网建模机理。本项目以建筑能耗为研究对象,以面向对象的建模机制为主线,以建立精细化、精确化、通用化的建筑能耗模型为目标。首先运用能量守恒原理抽取能量节点对象,其次采用消息云机制下的能连网建模机理进行分析,然后探索变模态变结构的能连网模型,最后提出一套具有普适性的建筑建模机制、技术与方法,为我国建筑能耗领域研究提供理论和技术支撑。

China's urbanization and industrialization process is fast progressing in the 12th Five Year Plan period. However, the building energy consumption is yearly raising, it has already accounted for about society's total energy consumption by 30%, which restricted the healthy development of Chinese society. In addition, there are 60% funds of energy conservation in china that are used in the construction of energy-saving projects. Therefore, it is necessary to make the physical description for the energy consumption of the building, and has great practical significance to establish fine and precise building energy model and study the mechanism of general energy consumption model, which also is the premise to achieve energy-saving. On the other hand, the mechanism of building energy metric isn't yet recognized and has no uniform standards, at the same time multi-factor coupled each other in building complex environment. Currently, polynomial coupled methods are used to build model, but application effect needs further improvement. Our projects base on the field of building energy-saving with significant prospects, focus on object-oriented model based on message cloud mechanism and energy-net energy-saving model with collaborative and optimization. The term object of study is building energy consumption, mainline is object-oriented modeling mechanism, and the goal is to create fine, precise, universal building energy model. Meanwhile the starting point is to extract energy node objects and energy conservation, methods is the message cloud mechanism. Of course, it is important for comprehensive study of the principles of energy net of modeling that explore the mechanism of change modal model variable structure, and propose a mechanism for object-oriented modeling, techniques and methods which can be generally applicable to the construction of energy consumption. The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical and technical support for the field of building energy consumption.
能源互联网与多能互补系统技术应用,推进能源的优化利用和节能减排。能量转移和转换规律的研究,是发现能量网络科学创新机理的切入点。本课题面向建筑节能,重点研究建筑能连网建模方法。针对CFD虽然能够高精度建模,但速度慢,无法用于控制器的设计与分析问题,基于CFD,区域模型与多区域模型,数据驱动模型提高了建模速度,但精度差等问题,提出一种室内热环境能连网建模方法,建模快速、精度高。创新提出能量节点的定义和抽取方法。提出一种遗传算法RC模型参数优化辨识方法,与同类方法相比,具有更高精度的建筑负荷预测。采用消息云机制,减弱了建筑系统中多约束条件的耦合性,实现对室内温湿度环境的准确预测。通过能连网网络结构的计算,将能量节点按重要性进行排序,提出一种新的级联失效模型,提高能连网系统的鲁棒性。提出一种基于能连网模型和聚类算法的无线传感器节点优化部署方法,在重庆市黔江卷烟厂2个车间搭建了能连网温湿度监测系统,通过生产实际数据分析,验证以上理论与方法。并对企业生产环境相关参数进行实时、准确监测,降低生产成本。综合上述,本项目对能量深入研究,发现能量的传递规律,提出的能连网建模方法,是建筑环境建模的一种创新理论与方法。项目资助发表论文18篇,其中SCI/EI收录18篇。申请国家发明专利2项,获授权国家新型实用专利1项,申请软件著作权1项。培养博士研究生5名,其中3名已经取得博士学位,2名在读,培养硕士研究生9人,其中6人已经取得硕士学位,3人在读。项目投入经费66.5万元,支出55.6639万元,各项支出基本与预算相符。剩余经费10.8361万元,剩余经费计划用于本项目研究后续支出。
