长江口是我国最大最优的中华绒螯蟹天然产卵场,支撑着中华绒螯蟹养殖产业高速发展。近年来因盐水入侵、生境破碎等原因,长江口亲蟹产卵场急剧衰退。针对生境变动致使产卵场核心区变迁的问题,项目利用标准化采样技术,研究长江口不同生境亲蟹的繁殖生态特征,明确亲蟹生殖洄游的主要路线,掌握亲蟹产卵场的分布格局与变动范围;通过同步模拟长江口亲蟹洄游过程,利用行为生态学技术查明亲蟹对各生境因子的喜好性,探讨亲蟹生殖洄游的生境需求;利用生理生态学实验掌握亲蟹在不同生境的繁殖效率与能量支出,阐明不同生境因子对洄游亲蟹的胁迫效应;通过多重数理统计分析,查清和验证影响产卵场变动的主要生境因子,在国内率先建立长江口亲蟹产卵场适宜度模型,阐明基于生境适宜性的产卵场变动机理,评估长江口亲蟹产卵场的适宜区域。项目成果为长江口中华绒螯蟹产卵场划定与修复、增殖放流技术研发与效果评估、种质保护与利用等提供科学依据。
英文摘要
The Yangtze river estuary, which exerts positive influences on promoting the development of breeding industry of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis), is the largest and the most optimal spawning ground of Chinese mitten crab in China. However, issues such as the water conservancy project construction, salt water intrusion, habitat broken as well as other reasons make the spawning ground of the parent Chinese mitten crab declined rapidly recently. The changing mechanism should be studied and illustrated as soon as possible. Utilizing population ecology research methods, this project studied the breeding ecological features of the parent Chinese mitten crab in different habitats of the Yangtze river estuary in a continuous way so as to define the main route of the breeding migration of parent crab. In addition, the distribution pattern and range of fluctuation of the spawning ground were identified as well. This study devotes to finding out the habitat demand of parent Chinese mitten crab through interior behavioral experiments as well as synchronous simulation of the parent Chinese mitten crab migratory process in Yangtze river estuary. The data of breeding efficiency and energy expenditure of parent crab under different habitats which was got hold of through physiology and ecology indoor experiments, illustrates that the migrating crabs are influenced by different environments. With the help of multiple mathematical statistics analysis system, the main environmental factor that influence the spawning ground were made clear. Reasons of the fluctuation of the spawning ground were defined through setting up simulating models. All of the above made it possible to identify the suitable spawning ground of Chinese mitten crab in the Yangtze river estuary. The results of this study could be used to provide scientific basis for good germplasm protection, spawning ground's devision and repairation, fishing management as well as artificial multiplication and releasing of Chinese mitten crab in the the Yangtze river estuary.
