十九大报告提出实施区域协调发展战略，建立更加有效的区域协调发展新机制。区域发展不平衡、不协调的重要原因之一是区域金融发展差异巨大，促进区域协调发展需要进行金融供给侧结构性改革。本课题从集聚经济学的视角出发，提出金融虚拟集聚是促进区域金融均衡发展的有效方式，通过借鉴空间经济学模型的思想，采用计量分析的方法，首先，在阐释金融虚拟集聚影响金融市场融资效率的理论机制的基础上，从区域层面实证检验金融虚拟集聚通过金融市场融资效率这一中介机制对地区生产率的影响，以及这种影响在发达地区和欠发达地区之间的差异；其次，构建由于区域金融市场融资效率差异对地区生产率差异影响的理论模型；最后，将金融虚拟集聚因素纳入上述理论模型中，通过假设各地区之间的金融虚拟集聚程度都相同这一反事实实验，研究金融虚拟集聚对地区生产率差异的影响。本课为推进我国金融供给侧结构性改革和区域协调发展提供政策建议。

The report of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress proposed to implement a regional coordinated development strategy and establish a more effective mechanism for regional coordinated development. One of the important reasons for the imbalance and uncoordinated regional development is the great differences in regional financial development. To promote regional coordinated development requires structural reform of the financial supply-side. From the perspective of agglomeration economics, this subject proposes that financial virtual agglomeration is an effective way to promote the balanced development of regional finance by referring to the idea of spatial economics model and using the method of quantitative analysis. Firstly, based on the theoretical mechanism of the effects of financial virtual agglomeration on the financial market financing efficiency, empirically test the impact of financial virtual agglomeration on the regional productivity through the financial market financing efficiency at the regional level and the difference between the developed regions and the underdeveloped regions. Secondly, build the theoretical model about the impact of regional financial market financing efficiency differences on regional productivity differences. Finally, in order to study the impact of financial virtual agglomeration on regional productivity differences, the financial virtual agglomeration factor is included in the above theoretical model, and assuming the counterfactual experiments that the degree of financial virtual agglomeration is the same among different regions. This subject helps to provide policy recommendations for promoting China’s structural reform on financial supply-side and regional coordinated development.
