城乡一体化空间组织，是城乡一体化目标模式下城乡经济-社会-文化活动的空间关联结构与相互作用过程，强调城乡之间人文经济要素的高效配置与有序流动。城市群地区的城乡一体化空间组织研究具有一定的复杂性与特殊性。本研究遵循"现象观察-理论探索-模型建构与修正-实证检验"的科学研究思路，由外在表现形态研究转向内在组织机理研究，以长株潭城市群为例，探索城市群地区城乡一体化空间组织的内涵、特征、机理、模式及优化调控问题，并基于城乡要素的集聚与扩散运用复杂网络分析方法构建其宏观机理表征模型，基于城乡主体行为交互作用运用多智能体分析方法构建其微观机理表征模型，试图突破以往城市偏向的城市群空间组织研究视角，揭示城市群地区城乡地域空间组织的规律，对于丰富区域空间组织基础理论体系、提升城乡地域空间组织整体效应、科学指导城乡统筹发展具有重要的科学价值和应用意义。

The spatial organization of rural-urban integration refers to the spatial correlation structure and interaction process of urban-rural economic-social-cultral activities under the development goal mode of rural-urban integration,which emphasizes the efficient configuration and well-orgnaized flowing .Previously,the research about urban-rural spatial integration just focused on rural-urban spatial integration which is the external manifestation of spatial organization of rural-urban integration. And it is complex and special in urban agglomeration.This research employ the general idea as follow,"phenomena observation-theoretical investigation-model construction and revision-empirical test",and turns the research from external manifestation to the mechanism of internal organization.Specifically,Chang-zhu-tan urban agglomeration was demonstrated to explore the connotation，characteristic,mechanism,pattern and optimization regulatory of spatial organization about rural-urban integration. In addition,the research adopts the complex network analysis method to construct representation model on marcoscopic mechanism based on the agglomeration and diffusion of urban-rural elements,and takes multi-agent analysis method to construct representation model on microscopic mechanism based on the interaction of main behavior in urban-rural area. The research converts the research perspective of spatial organization in urban agglomeration,which usually preferred to urban areas in the past work,to the rural-urban relationship to reveals the inner pattern and formation mechanism of spatial organization of regional system in urban agglomeration.It has great scientific value and application significance on enriching basic theoretical system of regional spatial organization,effect promotion of urban-rural area spatial organization and scientific instructions to rural and urban coordinated development.
