沿海地区产业生态化转型机理与科学路径研究

针对沿海地区急迫的产业生态化转型需求以及差异化的产业-环境基础，以深入解析高强度人类活动区人地关系复杂交互作用机理为目标，在深入剖析产业生态化转型内涵、定量评价沿海地区主要行业、区域单元产业生态化程度及其时空差异的基础上，运用多层次视角综合分析框架，通过典型地区典型行业企业的问卷调查和实地访谈，并佐以计量经济学分析，研究外商投资、对外出口等全球化因素，以及地方环境保护战略、环境规制和公众环保意识等本地化因素对企业、行业以及地区产业转型过程的影响及其作用机制，探索总结不同的产业生态化转型模式及其环境效应差异，研究制定不同的产业生态化转型优化路径与环境规制政策，由此建立中国产业环境理论分析框架，为生态目标优先下的产业优化与路径调控提供科学支撑。

In response to the urgent industrial ecological transition needs in Chinese Coastal Areas and their differentiated industrial-environmental foundation, this project will be aimed to explore in-depth complex interaction mechanism of human-land relationship in high-intensity human activity areas. Based on the elaborating the scientific connotation and quantitative evaluation method of industrial ecological transition, this project will take a general assessment on the statues of ecological transition of the major industrial department and regional unit in coastal areas, and analyze their spatial and temporal differences firstly. Second, instructed by a multi-level perspective analysis framework，lots of questionnaire surveys and field interviews of enterprises in typical industries and typical regions will be conducted and accompanied by econometric analysis and research. Third, the mechanisms of globalization factors such as foreign investment and foreign exports, as well as localization factors such as local environmental protection strategies, environmental regulations, and public environmental awareness on the transition process of enterprises, industries, and regions will be explored, and different models of ecological transition will be summarized based on comparison of transition process and effects. At last, optimal ecological transition routes will be generalized and suggestion on industrial and environmental regulation policies will be formulated and handed to government. Thus, this project will establish a theoretical analysis framework of China's industrial environment, and provide scientific support for industrial optimization and regulation under the priority of ecological goals.
