航速作为ROV的一个重要性能指标,多种因素会对其产生影响,当框架结构确定后,其航速主要由潜水器推进功率决定。传统ROV的动力传动方式,若大幅提高ROV的推进功率,很难有效突破动力转换装置的体积限制。为此,本文提出矩阵变换传动方式,本着工程实现的原则,构建动力传输系统结构,搭建多负载控制矩阵变换装置结构形式,探索和优化矩阵变换调制策略,研究矩阵变换装置的耐压性。可有效地适用于ROV动力传输系统,满足ROV在动力转换装置小型化的基础上提供大功率推进的要求。将会进一步提高ROV的理论和应用研究水平,填补国内空白。这既顺应了ROV在探测、科考与救援领域的新需求,亦是我国在海洋领域所需面对的关键问题。
英文摘要
As an important performance index of ROV, speed is affected by many factors,when the frame structure is determined, the speed is mainly decided by the propulsion power of the submersible. With the traditional ROV powertrain, it is difficult to effectively break through the volume limit of the power converter if the propulsion power of ROV is greatly increased. Therefore, this paper puts forward the matrix converter transmission mode, in line with the principle of engineering realization, constructs the power transmission system structure, constructs the structure form of the multi- load control matrix converter device, explores and optimizes the matrix converter modulation strategy, and studies the pressure resistance of the matrix converter device. It can be effectively applied to ROV power transmission system to meet the requirement of ROV to provide high power propulsion on the basis of miniaturization of power conversion device. It will further improve the theoretical and applied research level of ROV and fill the domestic gap. This not only conforms to the new demand of ROV in the field of exploration, scientific research and rescue, but also is the key problem that our country needs to face in the maritime field.
