发展新能源发电系统(NEGS)是实现能源转型和保障能源安全的重大举措,亦是我国新一代综合能源系统发展的必由之路。NEGS是一类高度不确定与强耦合的多模态切换非线性分布式能源系统,其切换分布式协同控制问题极具挑战性,亟待寻求新思路新理论予以突破。本项目拟基于能量的饱和切换非线性多智能体系统理论,建立NEGS全工况多模态一体化模型;综合运用所构造一致性判别矩阵的耗散性及Hamilton函数分量最终界法等新理论与方法,研究系统一致性控制与一致域估计及扩大;扩展鲁棒控制与自适应控制理论,解决切换分布式协同控制中鲁棒跟踪控制器、自适应跟踪控制器、干扰容许优化控制器及新切换规则的设计等关键问题;设计并搭建NEGS联合仿真与模拟试验平台,验证所提新理论方法的有效性。本项目属控制、电力领域交叉前沿方向,不仅对发展新能源发电技术推进其产业化具有重要意义,而且对相关科学的理论研究与应用有显著促进作用。
英文摘要
It is an important issue for the development of new energy generation system to realize energy transformation and energy security. It is also the only way for the development of a new generation of integrated energy system in China. NEGS is a kind of highly uncertain and strongly coupled multi-mode switched nonlinear distributed energy system. It is extremely challenging to solve the switching distributed cooperative control problem of NEGS, and it is urgent to establish new theory and methods of the system. This proposal focuses on the following aspects. Investigating the expression of the saturated switched nonlinear multi-agent system based on multiple Hamiltion functions for the system, which is obtained by establishing the general energy function and full working multi-mode condition of each agent and integrating switched signals. Studying the consensusability, estimation and enlarging the domain of consensus of the system based on the dissipation of the consensus judgment matrix and component end boundary method of Hamilton function expression, several new results are obtained. Solving the key scientific problems of switched distributed cooperative control of NEGS by extending the existing robust control theory and adaptive control theory, i.e., robust tracking controller design, adaptive tracking controller design, disturbance admissible optimal controller design and new switched rules design, etc. Designing NEGS simulation and test platform to verify the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical method. This project belongs to the interdisciplinary field of power and control science, whose problem originates from the great significance to the development of new energy generation technology to promote its industrialization and which can promote the development and application of the theory for the nonlinear switched multi-agent systems with constraints.
